Really sad to be writing this review because this is the body shop we've always used and we really like the customer service of this place. It's like a small town body shop. We live in a cul de sac and so when our neighbor backed up into our pickup we took it here for an estimate to the damage done to the back bumper. They have painted my truck before and I was happy with the work they did. My husband told me that the man who looked at it accused him of trying to take advantage of our neighbor because he didn't see a mark on the bumper and because it was rusted out underneath. But I saw the whole thing happen and there's probably ring footage to show that it happened! We were trying to be nice about it but to be accused of trying to take advantage of someone is beyond insulting. My husband got understandably upset and when the man could see this he told him to leave and accused him of trespassing! How insulting after all the business we have given this shop over the years! So I would say this shop will treat you with the same respect that that man's mood is in at the present time. I would bring the neighbor down to tell this piece of work what happened but he'll probably tell us we're trespassing instead of apologizing to us and to my husband for what he said. That would be the neighborly thing to do but I doubt it will happen. He also needs to apologize to me because it's my truck but he may have realized that if he had just opened up his ears and listened to my husband!
After I wrote this review I went out and looked at the bumper because I know there's a scratch where she backed up into the bumper and yep- sure enough that scratch is hard to miss! Plus we took pictures of it a few hours after it happened so there's that. I sooo wish I would have went with my husband this morning because I wonder what his response would have been to- what is this right here on the bumper then if there's no scratch! It's a almost 15 year old truck - it's going to have rust! But then again you would know that if you remembered you had this truck in the shop at the beginning of the summer for a paint job!
Let's see if you're willing to make this right with me! You don't have to worry about my husband bringing in his car for a paint job now and you don't ever have to see any of our neighbors, friends, friends of friends, etc for any paint jobs or body work ever again. Because word of mouth that you're a hot head who depending on your mood at the moment will dictate either a respectable interaction or one where you threaten the them of trespassing most people would just as soon avoid!

I have a 2013 Ford Mustang that got hit at work and the person ran. They damaged my front bumper badly and I took it here and they fixed her in less then a week, just 4 days and they had it done, and that includes ordering the parts for her. The price was very reasonable to. I hope nothing else happens to her but if it does then I will for sure bring it back here.

Flawless work period. It's great to know there's a shop in our area that had time to perform our repair during a time most body shops are swamped. One Stop Body is swamped. Their parking lot is full, but they knocked out our dually without all the excuses we were given by the competition. Thank you, RJ! You're a true craftsman!!!

RJ is seriously the BEST here and this auto body shop is the only one I will go to from now on… he was so flexible and patient with my dates as I kept changing my mind for when I could bring my car in and he was 100% honest up front as far as how long it would take for repairs and how much it would cost, also where he sources the parts for your car are very reliable. He doesn’t do aftermarket parts he orders them directly through whichever dealership your car is made from and his prices are unbeatable. He is SO AFFORDABLE and so TRUSTWORTHY. They literally do anything you need here hence “one stop body shop”. Everyone is friendly and takes great care of you. I had my whole driver side door, fender, bumper, rear view mirror replaced and my brakes done. It honestly looks as good as new I couldn’t believe the quality. Communication is very prompt and helpful during the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND (:

RJ and his staff do an excellent job from start to finish. We use them for a variety of work for our rental fleet. They have done insurance claim work as well as some personal pay repairs for us and we are 100% satisfied. They have the latest software for quick accurate estimates and they do a great job uncovering the hiden damage and unseen details. I would highly recommend them for anything from restorations to insurance repairs. One Stop is an independently owned local business and they have great people doing great work.

I went to get an estimate for a small dent. The older guy that was sitting in the office was very rude when I asked for an estimate. His overall demeanor was that I was bothering him. When I showed him the dent, he laughed and said, its $300.00. He didn't write anything down and had no intention of giving me a written estimate. I stated to him, OK then I will tell the insurance company $300.00. He then stated, I guess you can come in and I will write it down. It was apparent he did not want to be bothered with my $300.00 repair. I told him, no thanks, and that I felt he was not interested in my business for $300.00. He stated ok, and walked away. HOW RUDE! I will let everyone I know (personally and professionally) not go to this place. They don't care about the customer only the big dollar repairs. Cynthia S.
