My mother moved to the area from out of state and needed a bed for her new apartment. We live in the area so we stopped in here for the first time to check things out. Mark Ehrnst was very nice and helpful and we thought the prices were very reasonable and also it was super nice not having to drive all the way to Nebraska Furniture Mart. And I really want a hottub now!!!

Ran in just to buy some chemicals and the staff was very helpful in discussing the water chemical problem I was having and then helping to try to find a solution.

Visited many hot tub stores and Omaha Hot Tub company was far and away the best when it came to personalization and answering any questions without pushing us to buy. We knew what we wanted and they did an amazing job helping us select our hot tub and getting it installed. I find it hard to believe there is any better company to deal with. We sit in our hot tub 3-4 times a week and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I have to agree with many of the previous reviews. This was our first time owning a hot tub. We had LOTS of questions and to be completely honest, I had heard horror stories of how hard they are to maintain, get the water conditions right, etc. I was hoping for one wrong answer and that would be all I needed NOT to get one because I DID NOT WANT ONE, but the rest of the family did. Mark was awesome! He answered ALL of our questions and when I had a question about my water condition he said bring in a sample and we will check it out. Simple adjustment and we are good to go! Very simple to maintain and no horror stories!!!! Cory and the rest of the set up team were awesome as well!!! Fun guys and very knowledgeable. Now, as far as me not wanting one, pfffft! I use it more than anyone in the family! Extremely relaxing, great place to think and the hydrotherapy is great! BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Mark is awesome. We came here desperate for a new mattress, and we were so glad to hear that he actually had plenty of mattresses in stock. He let us take our time, answered all our questions, and he never got pushy. I love shopping at places where you don’t feel like you’re being followed around or pushed into something more expensive. Come support a small business, the customer service here is great. I'm sure we'll be back some day for a hot tub.

Mark was very great to work with. He gave us his best price. My husband and I have went to many other places and Mark’s prices were over 2,000 cheaper. I would highly recommend going there to get your hot tub. No pressure at all .

We just purchased a hot tub. We love it! Corey delivered, set it up, and provided instruction on maintenance. Everything we need to keep the water clean and healthy were provided and Corey demonstrated how to to use the products. Further, he has responded quickly to any questions we have.

We just got our hot tub and it's perfect, It was so worth the wait. Mark was awesome keeping us informed and helping us with all our questions (and we had a lot). And the installer, Cory, was great also, Lots of hot tub knowledge and got us up and going. If your looking for a hot tub I recommend you go see Mark.

Everything was great! Walked in mask free and wasn't harassed. They have adopted the "wear one of you want" ideology abs I support that 100%! They were very courteous and greeted us when we came in, answered all our questions and we found our new mattress! It was delivered today (about a week after we bought it, but we live in a rural area) and the delivery guys were nice enough to actually bring it in the house so that my husband didn't have to try to move the king mattress alone. 100% satisfied!!

The staff did a great job helping us pick out the right hot tub for us, and in these times of Covid 19 we were kept apprised during the whole journey. I definitely recommend Omaha Hot Tubs if you are in the market. I'd also like to mention the installation team and how fast and professional they were delivering and setting up our tub. We love it!
