Westgate got me in right away and got me back on the road ASAP! They were extremely accommodating, providing me with a loner car for the week and even helping me find a decent hotel! “These guys got the oil change done quick. Replaced cabin air filter. They weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. Worked great in the pinch I was in.”
“I've been here a couple times and so far every time it really seems like the team is honest and the prices are fair. Seems like a very legitimate shop, the staff and techs have been good every time. Hard to find a shop like this, I dont know about the other locations, I feel like its the team not the brand thats doing a great job.”
“Replaced complete engine and was on the money with what I was quoted. Many other shops have quoted me prices and it always seems to be more than the original quote. I have also brought my sons car in for repair, also told several people about my experience at Midlands Auto Repair and will continue to do so.

“Exceptional service with clear communication at a fair price! What more can you ask for in a mechanic? The frame support on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler had rusted out and (because I assumed this meant the TJ was toast) I listed it for sale on Facebook. Allan saw the post and commented that he and his team have repaired many of these issues. I connected with him and he explained the process and offered an estimate. I couldn't believe it at first because I have been driving the Jeep for over 21 years and figured it was beyond saving. The estimate was fair and I had the vehicle towed out to his shop. The next week it was finished and when I went to pick it up, Allan walked me through what they did. I am so glad to have found Starkey Auto Care and would recommend them to anyone. “This place is the best! Been coming here over 25 years. John went above and beyond when I showed up the Friday before Labor Day weekend without an appointment. My radiator was leaking fluid and because I had to drive to Minnesota for a reunion the next day he got me in. Unbelievably fortunate for me. I purchased four new Cooper tires for my truck and they put them on right away. Unfortunately, I was shown that my radiator had a crack in it. John wasn’t sure if they could take care of that due to how busy they were. Not to mention all the scheduled appointments. Anyway, John did get my truck in and gave me a loner to drive so I wouldn’t have to sit there all day waiting. Fantastic customer service above and beyond the call to duty! Then Scott did a great job installing my new radiator. He did his best to get the job done before closing time at 5pm. At 4:30 Scott handed me my keys and said it was done. He even explained what he found and had to do. Then he wished me to have a great time at the reunion! Not just mechanics here, but real people, like you and I. People who believe in giving outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Midwest Tire to anyone with an automotive need. They are truly one of the areas best. Thank you John and Scott for all you guys do for your customers. Appreciate you.”

I've waited far too long to give this review, but these guys are awesome. Incredibly trustworthy and they do a wonderful job. Rob, Seth and Ken have taken excellent care of me every time I'm in and I can't give them high enough praise. They're very quick to take care of the customer and even get into the nitty-gritty with me as a wanna-be car guy. Definitely a rare breed among the many lower-quality service centers out there!”
“I went in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. I was greeted right away, they got me in and began service immediately. Danny the Service Tech worked quickly and had me back on my way in no time. Great staff, big clean shop, quick labor and great pricing. Highly recommend. 100 different places you could go but this is where you Should go for your tire service needs.”
