I don't usually leave reviews but after my experience with Midlands, I felt I needed to leave one. I took my Acadia to Midlands for a repeat A/C issue that I've had the dealer "fix" 3 times before. Not only did Eric explain things to me about how the system works, he didn't try to sell repairs/replacements my car didn't need. The front staff was also very nice (I apologize, I don't remember their names) and told us that if we had any more issues with the A/C to bring it back and they would work with me on the diagnostics fee they just ran when they could have easily said "oh, that will be another diagnostic fee" but they didn't. Highly recommend if you want an honest repair shop that is willing to work with their customers to make sure they are taken care of!

Our car was making a strange noise while traveling out of town, we opted to stop at a repair shop to get a diagnosis and decide if it could wait for repair once home. We were told various repairs needed and that it was dangerous to drive any farther. We towed it home and dropped it off at Midlands, my son has used them as his repair shop with excellent results. They preformed a complete inspection, found the source of the noise, which ended up being a non-mechanical fix and “cheap” fix. I did end up having additional items related to mileage performed, nothing to do with original issue. I highly recommend Midlands as your go-to auto shop. Very professional, competent, experienced, and they obviously are honest.

I encountered a problem with my front brakes, which had been unsuccessfully addressed by another shop multiple times. Consequently, I reached out to Midlands Auto Repair for assistance. They were able to schedule me for the same day at a convenient time. Upon inspection, they identified the problem with my brakes and clearly explained the issue to me, presenting two repair options. Despite it being near closing time, they managed to book me for the following day at the same time to resolve the problem completely. The staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. The shop, along with the waiting area, was impeccably clean and well-kept. Overall, my experience with Midlands Auto Repair was highly satisfactory, and I intend to continue using their services in the future.

I had to wait a couple days as they are busy. But the repair was made on time! Repair done correctly, and priced fair. I recommend this repair shop. Great location too.
