Ordered a washer dryer for delivery today. Nobody showed up and I've called this location multiple times today and nobody answers the phone. Will be cancelling it and ordering from Home Depot.

I went shopping on my phone, drove to the store. Went to the isle and bay indicated online, picked up what i wanted and went to the self check out. I scanned my stuff, paid. And left. It was a good man's day at Lowe's lol. If you shop like me, anyhow.

The sales associate at the returns desk was helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped as she could and went the next mile when she needed to involve a colleague to find what I needed.
Now thr guy at the self check-out: needed to go home since he just took up space. I was the ONLY person at the self check-out area and he couldn't bother to stop leaning on his podium to even speak or greet. Maybe he used to work as a Walmart greeter.
Through my whole transaction, he was about a foot away and never said 1 word to me until I told him, "Have a great night." Then it seemed like I had startled him that I spoke.
Now I know quality Customer Service is scarce and hard to find these days - but what does it cost Lowes or Him to promote good if not even quality Cutomer Service. You could tell nobody holds him accountable to higher standards or expectations.
Once again, I take my business to places that don't value my business. And I have ZERO hope anything will change. Why should it. Who would really care?
But thanks to the woman at the Returns desk!! Kudos.

I was at Lowes for yet more items for my newly installed garden, & had a great experience with two employees, who's names I looked for due to their willingness to jump in & help find an item & give knowledgeable help. Keith & Jake are examples of solidly good customer service. Lowes is fortunate to have these two employees.

Can’t get help phone ring rings never picked up appliances that they were suppose to. Bought new appliances and they were suppose to refund money back but no one answers phone just hangs up. Never picked up appliances per conversation and no answers.

New management as of this year - I'm very hopeful that he can help improve morale and work ethic of the team at this store. A little bit of care goes a long way.
