I have really enjoyed my experience with lockbox storage in Papillon_its easy to set up an account and pay online. Furthermore the location is perfect for our family to easily access our unit and the hours are great! Highly recommend

I love the drive through 30’ unit that I’ve rented. It’s a new, affordable and secure location. Applying for a unit is not user friendly, lots of paperwork involved. However, even with that it still deserves a 5 star review.

Had a misunderstanding with my apartment complex about a garage space after purchasing a vehicle. Reached out to Lockbox Storage Papillion. Jason got back to me immediately, explained everything that I'd need to know & sent over the lease (you're not locked into anything it's month-month) was able to fill everything out over my lunch break on my phone (super easy process). Once I got my lease back to Jason again immediately heard back from him. I'm not always able to answer my phone at work Jason left a very detailed message with all the information I would need. Even called the day I was picking up my vehicle (don't recall who I spoke with) but very friendly & professional. So kudos to the entire staff!!As far as the facility goes brand new or relatively new. Very well maintained/clean.Location is perfect as well. Not on a heavily trafficked road.Billing is super easy as well. Created an account, pay from my phone, pay in advance.Will more than likely just end up staying at Lockbox Storage Papillion for the duration of my apartment lease as I am that pleased with the facility.
