I stopped in because I was missing a screw on my Meta Ray Bans. They tried to help me but BROKE my glasses. They used a different sizes screw and pushed it into the frames too far, damaging a wire or contact inside them and rendering them inoperable.
I decided to have an electronics repair company look at them for me. I've attached pictures of the screws, one is much skinnier and longer than the original and was threaded too deep into the hinge. There is also a picture of the wiring that runs through the hinge that they damaged. This is PROOF and they will still do nothing about it.
John was the gentleman that tried to help.
Whitney I believe is the store manager that I talked to on the phone once I realized the issue after I left.
She was unable to help, simply claimed they "could not have damaged them" and that's how I expected the conversation to go. I simply asked them to not do this to anyone else and make sure they use correct parts when making repairs.
1 star because you BROKE $500 glasses and simply brushed me off after the fact. Asinine situation I will be escalating to corporate.

Please update your hours of operation it was very inconvenient for me today. I had to get transportation scheduled to go pick up my glasses and the doors were locked but yet on the website it says it’s opened. The phone answering service doesn’t say you are closed either it makes it seem as if you are open.

I brought my frames in for new lenses. Not only was I not bullied into picking new frames or upgrades, but the person who helped me even found my insurance and made sure my new lenses are comparable to my current lenses. I did not originally purchase my frames from Lenscrafters although they do sell the brand of frames in store, which is why I went to them for my new lenses. Also, the previous eyewear provider had my reader section of my lenses too low, not that I knew that, but the person who helped me spotted the issue without me saying anything about it. I'm looking forward to looking forward to read instead of looking down.

Great experience and wonderful staff. The eye doctor made sure I understood everything and was willing to answer any and all questions. I've been a fan of LensCrafters for over 20 years.

Just went in to have my eye exam. Not the best day experience at this location.
When finished with exam went to the counter expecting to get help with the glasses and lenses. Nope. Zero. Zilch. Was handed my prescription by the lady behind the desk and that was that. Absolutely was told how much my co-pay was. When I asked about the frames the same lady was surprised I actually wanted to buy the frames at this location and said as much. By this time, no, I don’t want to buy my frames here. No assistance. Will definitely not be back and am sorry I came to begin with.

Dakota was extremely helpful. My sunglasses had a lot of tiny cracks on them. Dakota helped me order a new pair with the current promotion and was very knowledgeable.

Just went in today, the lady who helped me was awesome. I have never gotten glasses or frames before, and she was excellent at walking me through the process and was so patient. I wish I got her name, but I’d definitely recommend going there!
Edit: her name was Whitney I believe! Found it in the receipt! So thank you Whitney!

The Eye Doctor was Awesome. He took great care of me. I have never had a Doctor be so amazing and make the process so easy and fun. The eye specialist was very thoughrough and did a wonderful job. They were very patient when I handed them multiple HSA cards. Also they fixed my old glasses. ❤️ Thank You!

Dr. Strasburg is amazing. I had been going to a different eye doctor for vision and dry eye problems since having cataract surgery in 2022 with no positive results. Dr Strasburg was very thorough, listened to my concerns, set me up on a dry eye program(which gave me relief on day one)and prescribed glasses to help the vision. Will be coming to this location for all my eye needs from now on. All the staff helpful , friendly and efficient
