“We walked in, added ourselves to the waitlist, and sat down to wait out our time. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to talk with a customer associate. Adam was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He took care of our needs for switching from our other cell provider. Everything took close to two hours, but we were pleased with all that needed to be done. The store was clean and nicely arranged to see what products they offer. Their women's bathroom was stocked and clean as well.”
