I have had a number of really bad experiences at the Shadow Lake location from expired dairy products to my food literally being thrown in the bag and ruined by the baggers. I have given them multiple chances. Tonight was the last straw had I known how disrespectful I was going to be treated I never would have gone! I will now drive an extra 10 minuets out of my way to go to Bakers in another city to avoid this horrible place with horrible management and team members. Didn't even get an apology!

I happened to lose power last night due to the storm, after a 12 hour shift this is the last thing you want to deal with. Two employees working at the first counter near the Wahlburgers restaurant helped me tremendously (both young, one dude with brown hair and a blonde girl. I regret not getting their names!! They were both behind the first food station at 10 pm 7.31.24). They deserve a raise lol!
This Hy-Vee is also always stacked with options, they already got pumpkin spice stuff which is an automatic 5 stars. Was in and out within a few minutes, walmart or target can neverrrr
