“Got ready to build a deck 4th of July weekend. I had no idea how much wood and other items I would need. Your mill department was helpful. They walked me through the process patiently.I then ended up not keeping everything I purchased. Your customer service department helped me with that process.I really don't like hone improvement projects - so your staffs help made it easier.”
“Returned a defective bucket of exterior paint 10/20/24 just bebore closing time.The gentleman at the return counter was awesome. The young lady management on duty, outstanding and the young man working the paint counter with who waited on me before is consistently courteous and knowledgeable. Great team work and a credit to the Home Depot brand. Been coming here for many years and will always boast about the staff at this location. Thank you very much everyone and look foward to doing business with all of you in the future. Keep up the good work because, I will not forget your professionalism and kindness. Have a great day and a prosperous future. Once again. A couple days later, a nice young man attending or giving a staff meeting/class stopped to sked me if I needed any help loading my truck. “Lowe’s has such an incredible selection of just about anything you need, especially in Spring. The thing that stood out most though, was the service I received a few weeks ago. David was rearranging plants and was kind enough to help me find what I was looking for and helped me through to loading up my trailer. He sure was helpful as I gained several carts full of plants to purchase. After my departure, I headed to the loading area where I waited to be loaded up with my soil. Unfortunately there was a very pretentious woman who demanded to be loaded up first, although she was behind me. Dan handled her with grace and an upfront apology to me, which was not needed. I was in no rush and can understand exactly what he has to deal with on a daily basis. I appreciated the effort Dan took to load me up quickly and efficiently and send me on my way. Give these men a raise!”
“Went to grap something today after work to repaint my kitchen cabinets and walls. The lady working at the paint counter was very helpful and knowledgeable.. unfortunately I did not get her name!! But excellent customer service”
“Doing a home project with my HVAC, and needed some copper pipe and fittings, have made a few trips to the store as I don't want to have to much extra, did a couple returns grate service, was back and needed some 1/4 in 90 elbows, nope don't carry them, no big deal, but I was concerned that one of the Associates suggested that I use a compression fitting to do the job, I politely told them that you don't use compression fittings at all on HVAC as they leave to much chance to leaking, you either braze or solder the connections. The Associate was adamant that every one uses compression fittings, and was not going to change there mind. If anything please train folks on the correct parts to use in certain systems especially HVAC. I have worked HVAC for more than 30 yrs and never have I seen a compression fitting used as a connector or joint connection in any HVAC syatems.”

“This store is very structured and very understandable. I never hade problems with their customer service. Sometimes in the evenings you need to wait for help, but during busy hours perfect! Also one time had a problem with there third party rebate processor, they sent my $1,2k rebates to the wrong address , but few months later there customer service helped to make it work.”
“I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”
