The staff was incredibly helpful. The facility was very clean and well organized. They pretty much had everything you need for shipping and office needs. Everything was clean and easy to find. Today I was picking up a package that I had directly shipped to there. The hours were convenient for me to pick it up after I got off work. The location is super convenient and easy to locate. I would easily recommend them to friends and family.

The person at the front counter won't let people set heavy boxes anywhere but the floor until you get the "go ahead" to move it to the counter. And they are very strict on what section of the counter you can set boxes on

Curtis was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave me options for shipping that saved me time and money! He is kind, considerate and knowledgeable! Great experience and always nice to see Curtis and his smile! His customer service is top notch!

I shipped two boxes of Christmas gifts @ 16 and 13 lbs. Curtis was quite professional and knowledgeable. All the work was done in a couple of minutes. I imagine their volume and work load has been high, yet Curtis and his partner were very helpful and energetic. My wife and I have always found this FedEx office to be customer oriented. Top notch outfit with a real Christmas spirit. We are lucky to have their services and enthusiasm in Papillion. Tom ORiordan

After waiting five minutes watching three employees help the only other customer in the building find a box, the older white gentleman finally acknowledged me not with a "sorry for the wait" or even a "hello", but by simply pointing at me with a blank face. I said "hello" and he took one look at my stuff and said "we don't have a box for that" so I said "alright have a good day".

I made the trip to this location on Saturday morning, it's supposed to open at 10am, I arrived at 10:15, the lights were off and there wasn't anyone even in there. The last time I went after the opening time, they had to unlock the doors and turn on the lights, with a poor attitude.

This place is a joke. The fedex at Walmart up the street was delivered my package and when I drove to get it, it's temporarily closed. The number on the sign was for this location. I talked with Curtis who raised his voice with me and basically told me to F... off and go back tomorrow. No explanation why it was closed and who accepted the package and no definitive answer of it would be open the next day. Only writing this reviews about this location based on how their employees act. Just a joke of management here.

I went in here to send 2 big heavy suv wheels to my friend and from the moment I got thru the door Curtis came to my aid and made everything super easy. Lifted the big boxes on to the scale for me was friendly and super helpful throughout the whole process. He Really made something that you wouldn’t think would be an enjoyable experience super easy and enjoyable.

I went in saying I'd never used FedEx before but had an important gift for my 85 year old mother that needed to get to her by when family was coming to help her with it. I believe the store manager is the one who helped me. She suggested I pay for Express to be certain even though ground "should have" worked and I thought was being helpful by putting it in a "pack" so it saved me a little money. Turns out FedEx is about 10 DAYS behind. My package has sat in TN for days past when it was supposed to be "guaranteed" to be delivered to WI. Zero way the store manager didn't know this was an issue and therefore the likelihood of the package making it was basically ZERO. She knew what I needed and still took my package and upsold me on a service that was never going to be fulfilled. They and FedEx in general had NO business taking on additional deliveries knowing how far behind they were. It is just pure gross negligence and at Christmas time to boot. Talk about zero conscience!
