A complete waste of time.
Looked them up online, got their address, drove to their shop to show them the repairs I needed on my vinyl top. Found an empty shop. After numerous phone calls that went to a machine, messages were left, I decided to send a message through the website. I got a response later that day that informed me that the shop was defunct and they used mobile techs now and requested I send photos of what needed to be repaired. I did so. Roughly 24 hours later I received an estimate and was asked if I wanted to proceed. I responded yes. 24 hours after that I got a date and time and was asked if that was OK. My response was I'd prefer sooner and please call me with a date and time if so. I received no call but an email stating the appointment had been moved up 1 day same time, which of coarse is the one day I have a weekly appointment on at that time. Sent email stating such and requesting Friday, no response until today when I said nevermind I'll find someone else.
Today I made one phone call to another company that was recommended by a car dealership & an upholstery shop. Guess what, they answered their phone! They had a guy at my door in 15 minutes!!! He gave me an estimate that was half of what you quoted me, AND I have an appointment set for the repair, and it all happened in one day, in under a half hour. THAT is how business is done!!!!
You should write that down.

I can't even tell the seat for my motorcycle was ripped. The guy spent a few minutes and was done.

Outstanding folks to deal with. They came highly recommended and did a great job. They gave me a fair bid, matched up the material to my tear on a classic car front bench seat, stiffened up the seat foam like I asked, and also went out of their way to tie in the bottom springs with some cables and clamps to keep things consistent and to keep the bottom springs from moving side to side. Great people and great communications! Done in a timely manner.

Good, happy to get my car seat repaired. It also matched perfect. Only regret is should of taken sooner like when it first started cracking.

Great results! I had a tear on my armrest, and the repair was a perfect match. My leather seats were worn and cracked, and now they look like new! Could not believe it! I also had cloudy headlights that are now perfectly clear. True professionals, and my car was taken care of within a week of my inquiry. Very professional. Very friendly!

Contacted Dr Vinyl last week regarding a hold in our siding. They came out yesterday repaired the hole and you cannot even tell that there was one. Color match was perfect. Would recommend their services highly

I have used Dr.Vinyl twice on my vinyl siding issues. ...first time was hail damage (holes)...second time I had dark streaks after siding being cleaned by another company. Both cases, after Dr. Vinyl, resulted in not being to tell where the problem. I was amazed! Nice folks too.

I worked with the previous owners and they were great. I stopped in August 2022 to get auto work done. Andy, the new owner, was very polite, took pictures, and said he would get back to me when they were fully staffed. I called a few times and left SEVERAL emails… the first one Julia returned and said Andy would get back to me. Ten months later and still no response. Very frustrating as my first experience with the previous owners was fantastic; I was really disappointed that the new owners do not seem to have the same commitment to their customers.

I have been trying to get work done and they do not respond to emails of phone calls. Reading the reviews, i thought they would be a good company to work with. Unfortunately they drop the ball on communication.
