Knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Staff members are so polite and respectful to all customers, whether on the phone or in person. Prices are reasonable and the service is unmatched for routine tire checks, air, and repairs. They stand behind their work, which has always been quality in my experience. I won’t go anywhere else!

I was incredibly satisfied with all facets of my service. For starters, their customer service was exceptional. The process was smooth and easy, and I was able to get my appointment set up for four new GoodYear tires and Drag DR-37 rims in minutes. They were transparent that it would take a week to receive all four tires and wheels since it was not in stock at the time of purchase, which I was fine waiting for. My appointment the following week only took 28 minutes compared to the estimated time of 60 minutes. Additionally, the staff made me aware of a $100 rebate offer that was available with my tire purchase as well!
Would give 10 stars if possible. If you are looking for a business with exceptional customer service that cares, not only about you, but about their provided services and your vehicle, as well as competitive pricing - Discount Tire on S. 71st Ave is the place to go.

WOW! What a spectacularly run shop & garage. The young gentleman who first helped me was so professional and approachable, making sure to ease my mind about the wear on my tires. He also explained to me clearly what was going on with the imbalance and why. I was very impressed with the way he diagnosed actively as he spoke to me. He made the process feel very smooth, from diagnostic to repair. In my opinion, he deserves a huge promotion!
Another thing. Their phones were down and they handled it in stride. Restroom was very clean and I felt welcomed to hang around and wait for the work to be done on my car. (Which they did in house, on the spot, with no appointment!). They rotated the screen so I could see the itemized cost of my visit prior to payment. I was in and out within the hour.
I didn’t catch everyone’s names because that’s how impressed I was with the teamwork I witnessed here. Way to go, Papio! Most of all, thanks for helping me drive safely again!

PSA: The first location didn’t send me the service status text until I had already been waiting an hour and a half.
After I walked out of this location, at the second location … I received the service status text while standing and giving my information. Then it dawned on me… the guy that checked me in (at the 1st location I walked out on) didn’t even put me in a time slot until I had already been waiting almost an hour and a half.
I didn’t expect to be in front of anyone but I expected to be, at least, in LINE all this time.
It was humiliating to have to walk out after sitting there patiently for two hours before walking out because he said I was a walkin and he didn’t even have me scheduled for another hour beyond that. HE DIDNT PUT ME IN THE COMPUTER … and I believe it wasn’t a mistake.
I’m a pilot car driver. I’m between runs and have a limited window. I get they would prefer “drop off”. I’m 1000 miles from home between job site locations. I’m sorry I can’t drop off my car… I don’t have any other place to go. I’m sorry I can’t come back, have to load tomorrow in another state and just unloaded an hour ago in yet another state. I bought 4 new Goodyear Assurance Max near my hometown from them and was trying to take advantage of the tire rotation that comes with buying 4 new tires from them. I’m over on when it was due and they HAVE to be rotated. I HAVE to get this done because I probably wouldn’t get the chance again for another few weeks. Three hours and counting on a tire rotation is unacceptable. The people who came in before me have come and gone an hour ago. The lady who came in 30 minutes after me has already had someone on her vehicle for 45 mins and they’ve come in twice to talk to her about what she wanted to “do”. I don’t have the time to waste to go find another place. I got here at 1:25pm …. It’s 3:15 now and I got a message on my phone that I’ll be gotten to by 5:02pm. This is totally unacceptable. FOR A TIRE ROTATION!
Update: I arrived at discount tire at 1:25-1:30. I received at text from them at 2:43 that I could follow my service status. Why did they wait an hour and 15 minutes to enter my time into the computer? I actually walked out after sitting for over 2 hours and when I asked for an update, he told me it would be another hour. I left and called their corporate office. I drove to another location 8 miles away. When I told him what happened, he apologized and said they were busy also but while standing there, I got the service status text. So basically the other place waited almost an hour and a half while others came and went to even put me in the computer. Highly shady. Highly suspect.
