Worst customer service I've had in a very long time. I was shoping around and price comparing and was greeted with condescending nasty attitude from the lady(evening shift) on the phone when I was shocked to hear their prices was 3x that of their competitors. When I ask why it's that much or if they had cheaper options as my car has high milage and I just need it running she barks "well just go there!" I was pretty surprised because 90% of the employees at other locations go above and beyond to point you in the right direction. This lady should not be working with customers.

My front headlight was out and Billy did such an amazing job helping me find the replacement part and get it installed. He made sure to check that it was working well before I left. Definitely will come back - fantastic customer service. Thank you Billy!

Spent $94 on this block heater plus $15 same day delivery. The delivery part was great. What wasn’t great is the sold me a used item. Scuffs on the magnet along with the re taped package. AutoZone lost my business!

I went in to rent a boost box since my battery was dead in the next door parking lot, knowing i likely need a new battery. I spotted a boost box and asked if i could use it. The person helping me was trying to be helpful but when he tried to clear it with the manager, the manager kind of snickered and said "no, thats for us and people in the parking lot" despite the fact my vehicle could be seen from the front door of the store. Needless to say, ill never step foor in an Autozone store again.
