“Can’t say enough good things about this place. Was in a bind tonight with a nail in my tire. Was able to catch them before they were leaving for the night and instead of having to drop my car off, they removed the nail and plugged my tire on the spot. I can’t say that they will always do this- I know I got lucky, but that’s how much these guys care about keeping their customers on the road. Also, they don’t normally do tire work. Think one of the techs had to pull a plug kit out of his personal stash.
So thankful to have a shop that cares about its customers and continually goes above and beyond.”

We set up an appointment for my next available day, which was today and he estimated about an hours worth of waiting and it was 30 minutes and it was super affordable and everyone there is super nice love love love!”

“I recently purchased a used vehicle in July 2024. I took the vehicle to PFM to have them inspect it and give me peace of mind. Jeff and his team were stellar. PFM uses a web-based app/feature that allows them to provide documentation/evidence of findings and work that may need completed. I found the real-time updates to be extremely helpful. As a consumer it was a pleasure to receive visibility on what was found, pictures to help me recognize and understand, and total cost. All of which allowed me to make an informed decision to have the work completed. Jeff also took the time to call and inform me of the findings and provide additional explanations as needed.
