“There's a difference between a satisfied customer and a happy customer. Just got back from driving my 55-year-old car after a repair here, and I can't stop grinning! They did the work I asked for, and did some minor work I mentioned but said they didn't have to, and did it for about half the price I'd anticipated! They are good -- that's why there's always a 2-week waiting list. Gonna send them a Christmas card this year, if that says anything...”

“My diesel pusher motorhome was stranded on a berm on I 80 in Omaha. I have a policy that i pay for that covers towing. They called Quality Auto Repair and Towing. I got a call asking me about the coach's specifics and they said that they would be out within a half an hour. They were. Two monster trucks arrived. (Two beautiful works of mechanical art BTW....I'm a motorhead) The two gentleman proceed to hook the coach and removed the driveshaft appropriately. These guys are definitley pros. I followed them to the repair facility and the move was smooth. I have heard horror stories from friends about having these big motorhomes towed and my experience was just the opposite. I highly recommend calling them for your needs. Thanks again for your help!”

“I had such a great experience here. I was having a problem with my Subaru and Don was able to get me in only two days later when everywhere else wouldn’t even look at it for another two weeks. It turned out there was a problem with a part that was recalled and he explained exactly what it was. He told me that although I didn’t want to go to a dealer, that would be my best bet because they will likely fix it for free. He also didn’t charge me for diagnosing the problem. He was extremely kind and honest, I feel so much better knowing exactly what the problem is and that I won’t be dragged along when I take it to the dealer. I will definitely bring my car back to him in the event I need repairs in the future.”
“I recently purchased a used vehicle in July 2024. I took the vehicle to PFM to have them inspect it and give me peace of mind. Jeff and his team were stellar. PFM uses a web-based app/feature that allows them to provide documentation/evidence of findings and work that may need completed. I found the real-time updates to be extremely helpful. As a consumer it was a pleasure to receive visibility on what was found, pictures to help me recognize and understand, and total cost. All of which allowed me to make an informed decision to have the work completed. Jeff also took the time to call and inform me of the findings and provide additional explanations as needed. “Can’t say enough good things about this place. Was in a bind tonight with a nail in my tire. Was able to catch them before they were leaving for the night and instead of having to drop my car off, they removed the nail and plugged my tire on the spot. I can’t say that they will always do this- I know I got lucky, but that’s how much these guys care about keeping their customers on the road. Also, they don’t normally do tire work. Think one of the techs had to pull a plug kit out of his personal stash.
So thankful to have a shop that cares about its customers and continually goes above and beyond.”

“Had multiple vehicles serviced here. The staff was excellent to work with, they were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable every conversation. Inspection reports were clear and very transparent. No up selling here. Inspections include pictures of your vehicle for every item inspected. Quotes include a breakout of parts and labor right up front if you need to do research or price compare. Communication was excellent, updates via phone, email and text were available and used. Daily updates provided for very tough vehicle repair. They go out of their way to ensure a good experience and make sure you are treated fairly for any bumps in a repair. I'll be back for any future service and repairs.”
