I've now been using Armor Storage for household goods for about a year. I love that they are climate controlled and the size of the storage area. However, I wish they would repair some of the flickering lights inside and repair the carts that are available for borrowing. They are very difficult to steer around corners due to their size and the fact their wheels don't all work great. I usually end up bringing my own dolly since the carts aren't great.

I received a $25 gift certificate for a previous Uhaul rental. I applied it to my rental from Saturday and when I checked out, it showed it would be applied. I got my final bill today and although it shows the certificate having been added to check out, they did not redeem the $25. I called the place I rented from (Armor Storage), he said Uhaul would call me back, They did. I spoke to the reservations manager, Thad, who refused to apply the certificate because I had received a $50 reservation guarantee credit as my uhaul wasn't accessible when I arrived apparently at the fault of Armor. I asked to speak to another manager, so he transferred me to Thad, the Traffic Control Manager who proceeded to call me "a Child" multiple times. I sure hope you record your phone calls. I rent, at minimum, 17 uhauls a year... I will NEVER be renting again as there are issues literally every single time and now to be called "a Child" because I wanted to use the certificate that Uhaul issued me. I will be contacting the BBB and doing every review site I can possibly find to make sure customers are aware of how unprofessional and what a headache Uhaul has turned out to be for a VERY frequent customer.

Usually secure from the elements, but my unit flooded out due to poor roof maintenance. Management couldn't care less. Not recommended.
