Two years ago I have no idea how, they didn't have my appt in their books as an exam. Why else would I have an appt? So they skipped the preliminary tests and rushed me through the Dr exam. Not cool but I went again a year ago and the entire experience was rushed. The shoddy exam, trying to pick lenses, asking if they're the right size. I was told they were, that wasn't true. I don't know what the problem is there now but I'm trying one more time and if it doesn't feel right, I'll take my prescription elsewhere. Assuming it's correct.

I have alot of trouble getting glasses that fit to my nose. Not only were the staff super understanding, they taught me how to fix my nose pieces so I can save the hour plus trip to come get them readjusted.

Very disappointed in my high dollar Ray-Ban sunglasses the prescription is backwards the clerk and the doctor told me you eyes will adjust to it never did made no effort of repairing it or satisfying me please stop sending me coupons and reminders I will buy my $500 prescription sunglasses elsew

Very friendly and professional. A very clean environment . I have mobility limitations and they were so kind to accommodate me. The Dr. was amazing and very professional. He referred me to a cataract surgeon and recommended I not waste my money new glasses until after I see the surgeon. He gave me a business card and told me to contact him if I had anymore questions.

Very unhelpful in getting me the information and products I requested. Extremely unhappy with the service. If you are planning to shop online with your prescription go elsewhere. They will not provide you with a PD measurement for glasses and they will also try to force you to buy their inferior "store brand" contact lenses.

I have to say it had been 2 years since I'd been in here. I was not impressed with any of the sales They kept saying they couldn't process my insurance, mind you I had 3. Finally they processed it, and I went to see the Dr great experience However upon trying to check out ,38 minutes waiting. they than said they couldn't process my insurance. I said the girl already processed it, she said, if you want the glasses you'll have to pay cash. My computer isn't accepting your insurance. I was beyond done by this point. Than she said well, you can get one pair for $130 through your insurance the other pair is $79.I said I have $200 to use for glasses and the total is only $99.95 she continued to argue.I paid the $99.95 in cash. I however will be contacting their corporate office. I also won't be back to this location.

Very slow service. Eye exam apt was 40 min after scheduled. One eye doctor for 10 customers was a very slow process. Up front waitied another 20 min to purchase the glasses we picked out
