I purchased a new dump trailer 2 months ago with a 2 year warranty. I use it 1 or 2 times a week and the latch broke this week. When I took it to the store, Chad, the owner told me that it was not a manufacturer defect and it’s not cover by the warranty. The trailer is fairly new and shouldn’t have broken after only a few uses. It’s very dumb that they rather lose a customer than fixing something that probably cost less than $100. When they are selling things, it was promised a 2 year warranty and couldn’t go through with what was promised. I will not buy anything else from that place again.

Called for price ! He was at lunch and when he did answer the phone he was very rude because I bothered him. Not willing to deal. Had cash in hand ready to buy that day. His loss. Bought another trailer somewhere else for much less.
