  The customer service is fantastic! They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Hours have been extended on Thursday until 5:30 PM which helps people that work out of town. Thank you!

  Inconvenient hours. Literally what bank closes at 3pm on a Friday?! Asked for the hours of other Pinnacles and the lady was unable to even provide me that information. We may be in middle of nowhere but there are no other Banks really in the area. I'd rather drive a half an hour to a bank that actually cares.
