Quick and efficient. Make sure to get all of the credits I deserve and even went back and added some things that I had forgotten before filing that day. Iappreciated her talking to me about different ways to invest my money in regards to my health savings plan. And when I told her I didn't understand, she took the time to explain it to me. Unsatisfied with my services. I went to try and get the advance they offer and after a stressful hour of applying was only offered a small portion of what I was hoping to receive. And the reason was because i have never filed with them before. And the lady acted like I was lying about my information even tho I had everything including several years of tax information to show her. Will not be returning nor will I ever have my taxes done at h&r block

I will not be returning to H&R Block. I gave all of my tax information to them in February and they did not complete my taxes until 9 pm the night it was due (April 18, 2022). I called multiple times before the deadline to check in with them about my taxes and they said they were almost done with it. They called me at 9:30 pm on April 18th and basically requested that I complete a bunch of forms and payments that night. Insanely unprofessional. I do not know if they were short staffed or they procrastinated with the work. Regardless, I will not return.
