Matt and Laura were both amazing at helping us find our first home. I have had several family members and friends find houses with them, and I could not recommend them enough. Laura was great at showing several homes and pointed out both the positives and negatives of each while providing lots of information. They both respond quickly to texts and phone calls. Matt was a lot help during closing by communicating with the sellers to get things fixed and made the whole process very smooth. I will definitely be using Matt and Laura in all my home buying/selling needs in the future!

The Tennant Team is everything you could want in a real estate professional. Imagine your best friend (who is a masterful administrator and organizer in this case) volunteered to help you purchase a home. They've gone through this process many times, you trust him/her completely, and they know (or they learn) what you want or do not want in a home. That best friend comes in the form of the Tennant Team.Each member brings expertise to a particular part of Real Estate. Laura forms a bond with you and seeks to know you. Once a relationship is formed, she interviews you on what you look for in a house. She is flexible enough to change as your preferences change, but her memory is sharp and the houses she shows you reflect that. Laura looks at the bones of a house and is brutally honest. She'll tell you if an issue is cosmetic or structural and if she doesn't feel comfortable leaving you with a house, she'll let you know. She is a strong advocate for you and gets you into a house before open house events. She advises wisely if you place an offer on a house. At the end of the day she is not trying to get you tied into buying a house. Rather she endeavors (and succeeds) at giving you a home.Second there is Matt, another member of the team. Matt is a firefighter as well as a Real Estate Professional. After Laura guides you through the process of putting in an offer, Matt takes over at the inspection end and other paperwork that comes before closing. He walks with you on your inspection and answers your concerns. If the concern is substantial, he follows up and makes sure everything is taken care of. He is to the point, but detailed when necessary. You can definitely count on Matt to deliver.I did not have any interaction with the third member of the Tennant team, but I understand she works behind the scenes and handles the heavy lifting with the paperwork. We did not experience any bumps down the road when filling out paperwork, so I assume she did her job flawlessly.In conclusion, the Tennant Team is the BEST real estate team in the Omaha area. You can email, call, or text any questions or concerns you may have and they answer immediately (or within the day if not available). The Tennants embody the American spirit of determination, hard work, and liberty. They continue to assist me after purchasing my first home with recommendations for plumbers, HVAC personnel, chimney cleaners, you name it! There's no place like home and the Tennants are ready to find that place for you. :)

Hands down, best team in town. I have purchased a home and sold with the team. Both experiences were stress free and so easy. I cannot believe I was able to purchase my home because of the competition. The team's timeliness and attention to detail sealed the deal. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Our home had 26 offers. You read that right, 26. Our family of four was even up against a cash offer for our home. Laura is a badass and advocated for us . She was our voice to the realtor and seller and we just moved in to our first home! Matt took over after Laura worked her magic to get our offer accepted. As first time home buyers, Matt answered all our questions and guided us through the process like we were his only client. They are the real deal, folks! Hit them up if you are looking for a realtor.

Laura and Matt are simply the best. We will never buy/sell a house with out them. With lots of difficulties and bumps in the road they were there every step of the way. (Even late hours and after we had moved in!) Being accessible, flexible and dependable is the best way to describe this team. Can not thank them enough.

Laura helped to make the home buying process so easy for a first time home buyer. Every question that I might have was always welcomed and answered with detail when needed. She was very attentive and knowledgeable when showing houses. When walking thorough houses she helped to mention details you might not easily notice. She was also very understandable and patient thought the process. Laura worked with me for multiple months and always made me feel at ease when a house did not work out.
