I do enjoy using the self serve wash and it’s come in handy many times as it allows me to thoroughly clean my vehicle although the automatic wash leaves a lot to be desired.

No hot water. That is depressing and needs to be addressed. 3 stars for high pressure, having spot free rinse, and location, but what is the deal with the cold water? Try washing your dishes in cold water and see how bad it is, same with cars

Perfect for my work van, a dodge promaster. Credit card reader worked on the first try, which is unusual for the environment that it is in.

BEWARE of this car wash!!. Water pressure is to hard. Owner says he is not responsible for this damage. It broke off the gas cover.

The auto wash was not working. The self wash options were gross with mud.

DOG WASH: Used the dog wash early on a Saturday morning. The entrance for the dog wash, is the door next to the white windows, on the “exit” side of the car wash doors, so on the east side of the building. Hard to find at first. The dog wash takes cash, coins and cards. The water pressure comes out in a singular stream, not a shower. I was worried at first for the strength of the stream but my pupper didn’t mind. The water was warm, but I think it was warm because people were also using the car wash stall next door. The shampoo was out, as I read in other reviews, so I came prepared and brought my own.The door locks with just the button on the inside so you have the whole room to yourself.I also felt safe and appreciated seeing a camera inside.Nice hooks on the wall, and a table to set your stuff down. What to bring: towels, shampoo (apparently they run out), payment, I also bring a scalp brush as my puppers like them, leash and collar. There is an eyelet in the tub to use if you want to attach the leash too.The tub was much taller than I was expected. Expect to get wet washing your puppers. The ramp to the tub: you pull it out and down.Nice blower to also utilize.

Dog wash closed with no notification anywhere til you get here. Wasted 40 min drive.Edit: It was open when I came back. Not a bad little place. I agree with the others, it be nice if some parts of it were warm that aren't warm like the blower. Overall not bad but really needs better notification when they're just going to randomly close it.

This place has gone downhill fast. The dog wash was a mess and had zero hot water. Not even warm.

Great first time experience at the X-Stream Dog Wash today! All you need is your dog (and a leash to secure dog to the eyelet in the tub if needed). They had everything we needed for $10 for 15 minutes- warm water rinse, shampoo, conditioner, odor control soap, blow dryer all in a small warm private room! They even have treats! You can spend less money here if you want, we did not feel rushed with 15 minutes.

Took my German Shepard to give her a bath. The water pressure cut down to a small stream and the water got very cold numerous times. There was no shampoo when selected, not sure if they were out or if they don't even offer it. Spent over $13.00 to get my dog wet and then dry her. Not worth it at all if no one is making sure the supplies are there for the customers when they need them. There wasn't any info posted to inform the owner of any issues.

Overcharge of credit card. I've never used $15 worth for a self service car wash.
