Been going here for years. by far, the cleanest,most professional hookah lounge in Omaha. You can tell the owner, and the staff take a lot of pride in the space, and continue to upgrade and make renovations. Great prices and a nice selection of flavors. Perfect spot for someone that’s not into drinking, or the club scene. Still great way to get out have fun and socialize without spending a lot of money!

The hookah is perfect and the staff are friendly, BUT the place could benefit from improved ventilation. Specially they are lighting the charcoal indoors without a hood. Lighting the charcoal indoors without proper ventilation is a concern that should be addressed.

I entered the establishment found a table and was ready for my hookah to arrive when this big black cat walks towards me. I don’t have anything against animals but I’m allergic and just think it should have been posted. I honestly don’t feel like a place of business is where a cat should be other than that I would have rated higher

I've been a regular at x-hale hookah for over 3 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the hookah that they serve in lounge is always made perfect and consistent every time. They also use a stainless steel mesh on top of the bowl to manage the heat and deliver a smooth long lasting session. The seatings are very comfortable, they have TVs and music playing in the background, it def provides you with perfect vibe in a traditional hookah lounge. If you get the chance to visit x-hale make sure to check out their retail floor, they have very interesting products that you won't find anywhere else in town. By far they have the largest hookah retail and accessories that you would find in town. I highly recommend this place, it's def worth checking out.

I found the scorpion gold Dokha, and a shawarma restaurant next door. Just so perfect like it was in Dubai. Love it Omaha
