5 stars is an understatement. There are collision centers on every corner these days, drive right on past them and GO TO WRECKAMENDED !!!! Felipe and the staff at Wreckamended took great care of our beloved Cadillac and kept us informed every step of the way. The finished product is top notch and as good as new. Thank you WRECKAMENDED !!!!!

Solid people that know what they are doing. Very attentive, professional and helpful when I had my car in for repairs. They have great communication and they actually care about what they are doing and the people they are doing it for. Awesome and highly recommend! Also when my rental car company fell through and never came to get me or bring a car- Angie at the front desk helped sort everything out with a new car rental company and insurance. Felipe who also works there even offered to drive me home! What a fantastic team! Highly recommend!

I am being generous with three stars because the final result was much better than the initial result, which was shockingly bad. What began this experience with auto body repair was when I badly damaged the driver door through my own absentmindedness. I accepted my insurance's option of "Wreckamended" on G Street. A voicemail two days prior to the estimated completion date informed me that my car was ready. I arrived to find that the driver door bottom trim was not level with the trim next to it; the clips that hold the bottom trim against the vehicle body were omitted, leaving it loose at the top; there were compound flecks left behind; and the final thing I noticed was what turned out to be heat damage of some sort on the driver door speaker. I was in such disbelief at the bad quality of the repair and some of the adjustor's rationalizations (regarding the loose trim: "that lets the water through") that I was asking if this was normal; do customers usually respond with, "Oh, okay, that's it then, thanks!" Looking at the damaged speaker, I asked, "Did I do that? What is that??" That's when the adjustor began telling me it would all be fixed. Two days later, the second ready-for-pickup call came. Not only were all the oversights that I had noticed fixed, but a bit of cleaning in the front of the vehicle had happened, and the exterior looked washed and waxed, possibly. I was leary this time, examined the problem areas, opened and shut the door a few times, and asked some questions. "What does guaranteed mean?" "What if I find a problem later?" My takeaway from this experience is: A. Pay attention. B. If you fail at "A," don't choose Wreckamended. C. Expect excellence. Excellent results and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. My repaired vehicle looks like new! And the interior was cleaned too! Felipe answered all my questions and pointed out additional considerations recognizing my concern for a perfect as possible repair. He and his team delivered! Nice work guys.

Absolutely terrible service. They are misleading and out for your money. I would never recommend for anyone to take their vehicle here. They will do repairs without your permission and explain paperwork in a misleading way so they can get you. Please don't waste your money on them. My geico agent "knows" the guy very well and couldn't help me. I think they are in it together to make false claims. If I were you I wouldn't risk going to this place.Services: Painting

There was misinformation that was given by the insurance company and this center that they would contact us before beginning repair. They contacted us to give the pricing but had already started repairs to the vechiles. Now we are stick with paying for things we had decided we did not want. Take your vechile for a inspection elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car in for extensive hail and tree branch repair. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and professional, especially Felipe. He would call me almost daily to let me know what parts he was waiting on, update me on what was being repaired, and also helped talk me through prioritizing the most important repairs to make my insurance $ go as far as possible. When I picked up the car, they had cleaned the inside and outside meticulously, walked me through everything they did, and answered all of my questions. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this experience warranted it.

This is my 2nd vehicle that I've taken to Wreck A Mended because of scratches in the paint and I've been extremely happy with the results and process each time! When we had some scratches in our Audi Q3, the dealer's body shop quoted thousands to repair. Wreck A Mended did a wet sand and buff and delivered results as promised for a fraction of the cost. My most recent door scratch on my Mini Cooper was a 10-minute stop in: Brett met me without an appointment, immediately took the car into the shop and buffed out the scratches at a price I literally cannot complain about. Wreck A Mended will ALWAYS get our business.
