Thank you for your consistent communication regarding the vehicles, even though we ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere due to wanting a different type of vehicle. We recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-3. We had the pleasure of working with Fred, and let me tell you, he is outstanding. We worked out 99% of the deal over text messages, which was super convenient. Twenty days after the sale, we had a very minor issue, and Fred and Woodhouse went above and beyond to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Fred and Woodhouse again!

My vehicle went in for service end of June and I asked for a warranty submission of my driver’s seat… was told I’d hear back in two days, no call. Called three weeks ago, told they would call back within two days, nothing. Called again two weeks ago, nothing again. Called on Monday and was told that this was escalated to management and we’d get a call asap. This is ridiculous. Do better Woodhouse. I can’t recommend this place as of now.

I have leased my last 2 vehicles through Woodhouse Mazda - Bellevue and will never go anywhere else. It was by far the smoothest, quickest, easiest car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had! Jose Moran is the BEST! He leased me my first car and he remained in contact with me throughout the life of my lease. He made the process so easy and I never felt pressured! Their finance team also did not pressure me at all and that process went so quickly and smoothly. I was in and out of there with my new vehicle in 45 minutes on a Friday night! Their service team has always been so friendly and professional. My oil changes take 20 minutes!

Absolutely fantastic experience!
Fred Holst and Zach Powell made my first time buying a vehicle so easy and stress-free from start to finish. Both individuals were not only incredibly kind and genuinely engaged, but were also more than willing to explain things to further my understanding during the process of purchasing my new vehicle and trading in my old one.
I would absolutely recommend these individuals and this dealership!

I could not have had a better experience purchasing my Mazda here!! Jose, who sold me the vehicle - and Zach in financing - both made it an amazing (and an actually fun experience!). As others have echoed, there was a refreshing atmosphere here free from the pressure sales that make most people dread heading into a dealership. The entire interaction felt more like a conversation than a sale. I was nervous when the financing I brought with me suddenly took issue with my car choice, but Zach took the time to find me a remarkably close deal. I will be telling everyone I can about the amazing service I received here. Thank you for changing my perspective on what it feels like to buy a new car!

We worked with Frederiik (Fred) Hoist on our 2022 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition certified vehicle in Polymetal Gray and absolutely love it! The entire process was simple and no pressure and informative since my initial inquiry with follow up texts before and after our test drive appointment and purchase and answered any questions. We didn’t need to use their financing so not sure on that but everything else was simple. Mazda sent a survey regarding our purchase experience but unfortunately I missed the deadline but wanted to give Fred his due kudos! Thank you!!

I set out to test drive a gold Mazda CX30, when I opened the rear hatch I said I needed something bigger when I saw the black interior, I said I hate black interiors. The test drive was fun, it rides very well. It is my fault - I take responsibility, I wanted to go back to Mazda vehicles, but usually, I take my time making decisions - t but I was told there was no time - the deal ended at the end of the month (2 days)! There was one point where I even said I was not interested, Oh if I had just walked away at that point, I wouldn't be as unhappy as I am now! I tried to get my trade-in back it hadn't even been 24 hours but that would have cost me $8,500! Then I found out that the car I should have test-driven was the CX50 similar to my Ford Escape, it had the hauling capacity, and the colors of interior and exterior that I was looking for had been on the lot the whole time. In all fairness, the dealership offered to trade in the CX30, but I would take a large loss monetarily. Lesson learned - my age must be slowing my critical thinking down. It happened so fast that I still can't sort it all out. With any luck the next year or two will go by quickly and I can trade it in.
