Very disappointing. My physician of 30+ years passed away and insurance wanted blood test to ensure no liver damage from med I was on. I made appt with Williams practice, told them I was looking for new doctor. Nurse came into exam room and told me she could hit a nerve during draw. I told her no one had said that to me before. My veins stand up like railroad tracks ony arms. I offered my left arm, she asked for my dominant arm. Why? It's a blood draw not a shot. Rubber band on, veins standing up. She cuts radial nerve in right arm and I immediately tell her. She didn't cut it through vein, there was no bruising. She had to go after radial nerve. Why? I later call Williams office with pain and worry about nerve and am told to take an acetaminophen. I call back for appt to see Williams. Worried if exercising is harming arm, wrist, thumb and future of injury. He tells me to go ahead and exercise. A week later I get a letter from Williams. "We feel there is no nerve damage that could have taken place. We feel you need to find a different doctor at this time". I went to a hand specialist who acknowledged nerve damage and gave me two steroid shots in right thumb. No more pushups for exercise. He wanted to give another one in right wrist but didn't because of safety concerns. Treatment will continue. I don't know what future holds for the thumb and wrist. Am I crippled for life? Williams denying injury and denying medical attention was amazing. I made a major mistake in choosing his office for simple blood draw and am totally lost on what happened but definitely feel like she hit nerve on purpose. Why?

Extremely happy with Dr. Williams. As someone who is also in health care, I appreciate his care, concern, and willingness to listen and make decisions together. It's like actually going to the doctor rather than being bounced around some system. Great doc.

Since my review 7 years ago I will have to say they made huge strides in the office wait time. Williams is still the best in the industry.

Staff is unprofessional and hangs up the phone without letting you finish the conversation. Very disappointed with lack of care for patients.

My mother likes Dr. Williams good enough, but the office really needs to work on time management. They will charge you for a visit and have you make a new appointment if you are late, but they keep you waiting in the lobby for more than thirty minutes without a second thought. My time is just as important as there time is! And the whole place looks and smells old.

Dr. Williams is an incredible physician. My mother had COPD and when I put her under his care, she lived and additional 5 years.

Dr Williams has such a high regard for his patients and their care. I switched to him after being within the Methodist system for years. I was really struggling to find another provider, I knew I needed someone who would listen and take time to really understand and dig deep into my history to find out what was really going on. Dr Williams, always listens, and genuinely wants to help. I have never seen a provider so passionate about the field they are in, or helping complicated patients find out how to feel better. His office staff is always so kind and patient, and is always willing to help me out if I need anything. I have started feeling better since seeing him. The best part is my kiddo can see him too, and they are SO GREAT with him! So grateful for him and his team! He is the best of the best! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a new provider.

I really like Dr Williams, but his office staff needs to work on being more thorough. I had a blood test done to find allergies , they were suppose to call and let me know the results but never did. So I called them a month later and they couldn't find the blood results. They told me they would call me once they found them, once again they never called me. I called them and they said I didn't have any problems( which makes me wonder if they even found them). Overall I get the impression this place don't care about the customer. They also sent a prescription to the Hy-Vee on the other side of town that I don't even go to. Which is really sad because Dr Williams is a great doctor that I've gone to for over 30 years. This last experience has made me seriously reconsider finding a new doctor.

Went to see dr Williams, instantly regretted my decision after getting handed a survey and paperwork from the receptionist, after filling out and handing it back over heard the lady telling the other lady I was just coming in to get adderall. After letting it go because I was coming in for a pain and a bump in my shoulder. I was sent to see dr Williams. The doctor was very fast and did a terrible job explaining what was wrong and how the medication would fix it. Was told 30 days would be healed and never have to see him again witch was not the case. The medication I was prescribed did nothing for the pain and inflammation. After taking all the precautions he had stated. This doctor is not for younger people. This office is a joke unless it come to the elderly. I felt offended from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out. I would not recommend this doctor to even my worst enemy. Disrespectful place and disrespectful people.

Since moving here to Omaha 7 years ago, I didn't have a doctor. Then one day I needed a doctor, went to Dr. William's and was treated with respect and courtesy. He is now my primary care physician and is highly recommended.

Dr Steve takes the time to listen to what is actually going on. His staff is very courteous and extremely nice. The wait may be long on some days but is totally worth it!! One of the best Dr's that i have ever had. If you need a new Dr, I would highly recommend Dr Steve as a family practice Dr!!!

Jen was such an amazing help. I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am for her. Dr. Williams prescribed my wife with a medication we were somewhat afraid of, but I talked with Jen about it for like 30 minutes she spent with me on the phone. The medication changed our life overnight. I could not be happier with the service and care from Dr. Williams, his staff, and Jen the most. So grateful.
