“I bought a Dultmeier spot free reverse osmosis system. I thought a part was missing and Dultmeier sent a new part overnight free of charge. I later found I was mistaken and had the part all along. Installed the system, started it up and it worked right out of the box - no leaks, no issues, no problems. I highly recommend this company!”

“Using Sam’s club gas station once a week, filling up 20 gallons, you can save at least $300 a year. There price on regular gas $ 0.30 usually less then on other gas stations. But if you are filling up more then 200 gallons, your saving would be very significant. I also mentioned that IA Sam’s gas price is more then NE Sam’s. The membership + will cost you only $100 per year, it is definitely worth it.”

“Love Costco on Dodge employees are always nice. They always keep the lines moving at a good pace as well even when they are busy. I just wish they stayed open later on Saturday and Sunday.”

“I visited today, Friday August 9th 2024;
Costco gas station (dodge location) is closed for renovation! And not sure when it will be open.
It says open when you open on map but they are closed.
Save the trip if you just going there for fuel!”

“We have always had good luck at the Costco Food Court. The kids can eat their fill and obviously, the price is right. The scene today was typical for a Saturday, but still orderly and the Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie was soooo good we had to get another before we left. We used the slef checkout and they brought it right over to us -- no wait. Way to go Costco!”

“Shawn Weyh from Eagan recommended a product called Pull to help clean the limescale from my tub. I have very hard water and nothing was working. That product removed the lime scale so easily! I would recommend this product!”

“Blew a tire while in Omaha and worked with Alex who got a new tire sent from a nearby store for the next day to replace a tire purchased a month ago at a different Costco. Paid the $25 charge for used tread and discovered needed a new wheel which I would have to provide. Alex and the tire center let me leave the car with them while finding a new wheel and then replaced the wheel and tire the same day. Overall, great customer service and communication without appointment to get this out of town Costco member back on the road again.”

“Let's face it... we all walk in with a cart, with the idea of only getting a rotisserie chicken... yet we end up with a cart full of stuff we never knew we needed and never intended to get. What's not to love? Get your strawberries , pork loin, garden hose, and new dishes while the bakers are making your cake and your $1.50 hotdogs is being ordered. What more do you need? Maybe a tire or two! Best of all, is if there is something you buy and it doesn't "taste just right" or just doesn't work out for you, you can return that item without any hassle. I like the fact that they have also started checking people's Costco cards at the check out, to ensure that it truly is a member using the membership. Sadly I do have one complaint about this Costco location, and I'm sorry to say I've heard the same complaint over and over by customers standing next to me. Remember I mentioned the chicken we all originally went in for? Well my complaint ( and others ) seem to get the same guy putting out the chicken and he tends to take his time doing so and tries to control how many he will put out at a time. I've heard comments from people asking "what's his deal?" or "does he think he needs to control the chicken output?" Worst of all I heard one patron call him " the chicken nazi". Now he seems to get those chickens out all at one time when he has management hanging about , but other than that, it's a bit of a downer when we see him dealing out the chicken. I know it's petty, I get that! But I came in for just a chicken and ended up getting a set of tires! Still giving 5 stars!”

“Good prices, and that makes a huge difference these days. We had always been Costco people before, but we found a special price on Sam's Club and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did! The place is busy, of course, but as long as you know that and accept it as a fact, then the rest of the experience is fine. Lots of gluten-free options, too. Love, love, love the scan and go option, too!”

“Using Sam’s club your can save in so many ways. Tire change, pharmacy, fuel, optical, bakery, grocery, furniture and many many more. The main thing they do not have – customer education. Using their app you can buy much more then you see in the club, and if you are + member, you do not pay for the shipping, this way you will save time and money. There few other things, they are more historical, there price for the hot dog combo is 1.38 only, it was the same for years. There price for rotisserie chicken is 4.98 only, but to find it, you should cross the whole store.”
