Can’t recommend Westgate enough! Nikki and her whole team were great. My check engine light came on while driving across the country, and turned out to be a serious repair that needed to be completed before I continued my journey. Westgate got me in right away and got me back on the road ASAP! They were extremely accommodating, providing me with a loner car for the week and even helping me find a decent hotel! Great folks that you can trust.

Took my car to Westgate. The normal diagnostic price is $71. They called me and said they needed to dig deeper and it would cost $280. This would not go towards the repair. They diagnosed my car saying it needed $2800 worth of work. I took it to get a second opinion and they said that wasn’t the problem and they charged $600 to fix what was wrong. My car is now running just fine. I will never take a car there again.
In response to your post, I spoke in detail with the large dealer I purchased my auto from. They showed me the codes and said it was not the issue you stated. They corrected the problem and charged $99 for the diagnosis work that went to the cost of the repairs. I understand you are a small business. You quadrupled the price of the diagnostic test and it doesn’t go towards your repair. Even when you quoted me a price of $2800? Since your diagnostics were inaccurate, according to mechanics who strictly work on these type of vehicles, I simply asked for a partial refund for the up charge for the difference in “basic” diagnostics testing and “digging deeper”. My question is, why doesnt your diagnostics cover everything and you charge one price? You always send coupons in the mail. You could have simply honored my request but because I had to go back and forth with you to try to get you to understand my perspective, I told you I would never return. My daughter just had her car worked on a couple of weeks ago. How do I trust you did the right thing by her? We have 5 cars in our family. We’d been going to this location for years with the previous owner. We never had an issue. My experience is my experience and it was not a good one. We can debate it from now to eternity and it will never change MY experience as a consumer!

Highly recommend. Nikki and the rest of the team were very friendly, quick to respond, and able to get my car in right away. A week after having my alternator replaced I began to experience similar issues and again reached out to the team. They got my car in right away, found the source of the issue, and worked with me on pricing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had our son's car serviced here multiple times- Westgate has always given an honest diagnostic on an old Bonneville. I came in today to discuss the salvage of the Bonneville, and Nikki was so wonderful! She explained the process, next steps, and also stepped in to assist with communicating with the company that is taking the car. This was an unexpected situation, to take and now replace the vehicle, but Nikki and her team took over and reassured me of how they would help with the next part of the process.
Westgate offers diagnostic testing on any new-pending purchases, so I am able to bring any vehicles I am thinking of purchasing to them to look over! This company and team has put my worries to rest about feeling so unsure about the purchase of a new vehicle and not understanding what I was buying.
I heavily recommend Nikki and her crew, especially due to their wonderful customer service!

They were quick to look at it and get it fixed. You know they are doing the inspection because they provide pictures with the inspection of everything they inspect.

I got a bunch of maintenance done on my car and they got me in and out. A week later it seemed like one of my new tires wasnt holding air and they got me back in right away and fixed it no charge to me. Super good shop.

I drive Audi and it has been a struggle when it broke down..however I am happy to say I FOUND THE BEST MECHANIC FOR MY AUDI! Westgate High Tech is the best auto shop I have EVER been! Great people - Nikki was outside waving her hands because I could not find the shop; Vince explained the problem and what they do to fix and showed me the fun events they do for their clients and employees; Jarrod took care of the problem with no time! What a great people..friendly and honest!!Thank you sooo much!
I would recommend Westgate High Tech to not only the European car owners but everybody! Thank you!

I took my car here because of the reviews however they do not take care of what is stated. I was very unhappy my calls were not returned which was several. This matter could have been resolved very easily by a phone call from the tech.
