No wonder the score of this location is so low. My gosh. The woman I just spoke with on the phone at this branch was very rude, dismissive of my concern and just snotty. You’re in customer service , ma’am. Nobody cares “how you’ve known something to be done before.”
Listen to the customers concern and find a solution. There’s some free coaching for ya!

This branch is located at the far end of the Lakeside Plaza near PepperJax. The staff turnover is recognizable, and the location is important for me vs. having to drive further to Q Street or 144th and Center. The manager and banker have always been very helpful, even if it's not making a deposit. It's very rare I see long lines for the teller or bank related issues, needing a notary or opening up an additional account.

I like this Wells Fargo branch very much. Gemma and Cayden were really helpful, professional and friendly although I arrived there ten minutes before closing time on Friday. I deeply appreciate their effort. Thanks Gemma and Cayden.

Kyle Hansen was great! I really recommend making an appointment with him if you are trying to open an account or anything! He helped me with opening a checking account and explained everything in full depth from the small details to the big ones. I personally have never been to a bank that will go the extra mile to make sure you feel confident about your options and to choose something that fits with your lifestyle! He was very friendly and had awesome customer service!

The employees at this location really had no idea how to deal with an insurance claim check that had to be co-signed by WF. We already had a case # from WF's mortgage group, which should have expedited the process. The branch also did not tell us we needed to bring all of the paperwork when we called to make sure an authorized signer would be available, and were unable to find our case. 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us, and another 20 while they tried to figure it out, before we ran out of patience and left with an un-endorsed check. #notwowed

I'm very proud to be a Wells Fargo bank account holder. Every time I go in, I always leave happy and satisfied. The staff is really friendly and professional and the free coffee is delicious. The criteria for making sure you don't get charged a monthly fee on your account is very reasonable and do-able, unlike most banks where you have to jump through flaming hoops to avoid a monthly charge.
