This Bank continues to go out of their way to find a way to not help a person. I stopped in to see if I could break two $100 bills as we are leaving town. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that he couldn't do it unless I had an account with them. Although disappointed I turned to walk away and he said have you ever had an account with us I responded Yes and he said well I can break a 20 for you but not the hundred. I then asked why and he said because he has to deposit the money into my account and then withdraw to give me change. This was the manager of the bank telling me this. The only logic they have is defined ways to not assist people.

terrible service you need a forgo card or a 2nd check in to cash check from an employers that also has an account at wells , but you don't take fingerprints? lol is America d*** or just this bank

I highly recommend this smart banker, Charity Mondi, to everyone. I helped one Chinese girl who doesn’t know any English on her several issues. We came to bank on our lunch break, Charity didn’t take any lunch break , because she gonna leave at 1pm. For us, she opened new bank account , applied debit , applied credit card and fixed app on the girls phone. Because Chinese characters stopped sth to go through on my girl’s phone, charity took time to figure out on phone setting, change Chinese letter to English letter, it went through everything on my girl’s phone, and eventually change back to Chinese characters. We finished at around 3 pm. This already passed charity’s working hours , two hours . I appreciate her great help. She is intelligent on her banker skill as well as computer and cellphone , and also she is warm hearted sweet girl. Before I had American man cut off any help on my broken car service because time was his close business time. Thank you so much , Charity Mondi. Good luck on new location and help more people like us . We need you.

They act as though they are doing you a favor when you deposit money. After 25 years I'm looking for another bank. In the last few years the staff at 50th and Ames has become rude and unprofessional.

2pm on a Monday, and despite 5 attempts, nobody is answering the phone here. Calls just go back to the national automated system. Not helpful- I need to speak to someone at this location.

4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and there is one bank teller helping customers inside of the bank. Line of customers lined up to the door. I was just there to cash a check that I got from somebody who banked there, but I could not imagine if I was an actual customer of theirs and had to wait in a hot lobby to get my own money.

Took off work and went to two other WF banks in the afternoon and none had availability to open an account for my teenager. They stated they were booked or had customers that "would take them up until close." Gave it one last shot at this location and they were willing to help and stayed a few minutes after close to help get us taken care of. One banker was getting trained through the process and they were very nice to work with. Thank you.
