Called 4x to ask a simple question and no one answered then the call was dropped each time. Had to go there to ask the question and they said they could not help. Friendly bank teller though.

Absolutely horrible service. The guy behind the counter was moving like a snail. Didn't care to help people. They had 2 other people working. One was on the phone and the other was with another couple joking around. A total of 6 customers were in line and not a single employee cared. Horrible customer service. Hire more people. You charge for checks and other services. Also hold everyone's money so hire people so we can get to our money.

Received exceptional service visiting this location which is Wells Fargo's main office in Omaha. To avoid any wait you can schedule time to meet with the banker for special transactions or just need a little more time to go through questions. Maria did a great job resolving all of the outstanding issues and questions and shared some important service information I thought that I would share: Similar to most banks Wells Fargo can no longer provide on the spot Foreign money exchanges however, if you plan at least a week in advanceWells Fargo can order most foreign currencies and have it ready for pick up or have it delivered to you. I strongly suggest that you consider using this location if you need foreign currency exchange services or simply just for your banking needs.

I’ve now made 3 trips to try and close out an account. I’v been sitting here for 2 hours and still not done! Worst place ever! Other banks helped me in 10 minutes time.

Literally just drove from 90th and Dodge Streets to the Main Bank at 19th and Douglas on the phone wanting to discuss questions about an account...Got there at the bank expecting it to be extremely busy since no one could answer the phone only to discover not a so single soul on site...At this point I voiced what had just happened only to be told by the teller that there were several other locations in between here and there and that I didn't need to come to this one...How does he know at this point and that it was really hard to get someone to just answer the phone there. He didn't like that I was upset and never once said how can I help you so I left my deposit with him and walked out.i guess there is absolutely no compensation in banking these days.Can definitely say that I will never be going back and I would very much so not recommend anyone else for that matter.HAPPY WEDNESDAY EVERYONE! ?

Terrible service. I walked in yesterday to make an account an hour and a half before they closed and was told all their bankers had left already and that I should come back another time. I didn’t want to make the mistake of driving there again just to be told to come back the next day, so I tried calling. I’ve now called 4 times today and no one has picked up the phone. It’s like no one works here.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!! This bank is incompetent and unreliable. I tried work to with them but they insisted in being unhelpful and hostile at all opportunities.

I go to this branch for work. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Always willing to help. Busy branch, so.etimes you have to wait, but it is ok. Parking is something to be desired, but being downtown, I get it. Would be great if they could put in a business lane.

My wife and I had an 10:00 o'clock appointment which we arrived 15 minutes earlier. We waited an additional 45 minutes to be seen for reasons the couple before us forgot paperwork one left to retrieve. Therefore we were placed on hold.We met with Mr. Fahad Ismail (Brokerage Assc) who was polite, well dressed, great personality, very professional and apologetic. We were able to learn more about our banking needs and other Small Business services offered by WellsFargo. If it had not been for the service provided by Mr. Fahad Ismail this rating would be one star. Thanks again FI.

Came here to get a document notarized from court after being denied a notary at Bank of the West due to not having an account with them. Wells Fargo was able to notarize the document for me, for free, without an account with them. The current construction did make it a little difficult to find the entrance, and it was a bit busy for a Thursday afternoon. However, to their credit, they called in another notary and cut the expected wait time in half. Thank you Wells Fargo!
