The curbside pick up wait has gotten progressively longer and longer. On my most recent pick up, I had to wait in a line of 3 cars for a curbside spot to open up. Many of the curbside slots are being used as parking stalls for people to go in and shop.
There’s also been an increase of random males sitting against the store wall in front of the curbside slots, which doesn’t allow me to pull all the way up. I’m beginning to think I will get better service at Target across the way or Hyvee down the street.

It is outrageously hot in this store. It felt hotter in the store than it did outside!! It gets worse the further back into the store you are. The restrooms were like a sauna, which was about as pleasant as you could imagine.

Edited today June 6, 2024 (reason: WalMart online through Google does NOT allow new reviews, so therefore; I am editing a previous poor review for services rendered today)
When I was between jobs in my life, I worked at WalMart starting in 1986 up until 2017.
I worked in 2017 in the online grocery department inside the warehouse inside the store and stacked grocery orders all day inside and outside of the coolers, etc.
Part of the job is to deliver the groceries to the outside customers waiting for their orders.
I always (although I did not pick the orders) checked the grocery order for quality control and assurance to ensure the order was accurate and NOT damaged.
See pics today from my grocery order for a simple item. Bread, and it's crushed beyond belief.
I was trained to make sure the delicate items, fruits, vegtables, breads, eggs, etc. including liquids and glass were double bagged and protected. **THIS IS PART OF THE JOB AND PART OF THE QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS BY ALL WALMART WORKERS**
Unfortunately, I never blame the workers, and although the workers can be at times needing training, I blame the lazy store managers, and associates WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE for the training and ACTUAL MANAGEMENT of THEIR personnel.
The buck stops with management.
I now see why I will no longer shop or deal with WalMart.
You just can't change stupid or lazy.
Since when does WalMart charge under an existing grocery order, not delivered, but asking for a substitute another $15 dollar delivery fee plus the cost for the item? So a $7.97 item to be substituted under and existing order is charged $32 dollars with a hold of $38 dollars? The grocery order was not even delivered yet, it was a substitution requested by WalMart under an existing order!!! If you answered you f'ing phone maybe you could work it out quicker. Stay away from this store, too many immature workers and poorly trained staff!! The item was returned, and the amount refunded was $28 dollars minus $32 is a $4 profit by WalMart for THEIR mistake!! Ridiculous!!

I did self check out for a cart full of groceries and household items a few weeks ago at this location 10+ miles from home. Multiple items were ringing up incorrectly and we had to prove it to the workers to get the price corrected. The scanner displayed an error message about scanning the correct barcode 2x on a $21 box of protein shakes. The checkout process took over 10 minutes due to these issues(and of course that doesn't include the time we waited in line). Reviewing the receipt later, I saw that I had paid 3x for the 1 box of protein shakes due to whatever barcode error the scanner had. I proceeded to call Walmart for 30 minutes. The only department that answered was online orders and they just transferred me to a department that didn't answer. Later that evening I chatted with customer service, they were kind but couldn't do anything but pass on a message, there went another 30 minutes. The next day I called the 800 number and they passed along a message to a manager at the store. The manager called and let me know they could return my money if I came into that specific store where they could review a video of the transaction to see that I only got 1 protein shake. They repeated that several x as if that would deter me. They said since I had wasted so much time they could Review the video and leave a mote at customer service. I drove 10+ miles out to the store and of course no video had been reviewed. I had to explain the situation to 3 people before someone could review the video. The manager that did so didn't speak to me or offer any apology for the 2+ hours I'd wasted resolving this. They only let the cashier know that they could refund 2 boxes of shakes. In the entire situation the cashier at customer service and the chat agent in India were the only people who showed any kindness. No way would I ever do self check out at a Walmart store ever again and I will not return to this store. The management is atrocious and if my Walmart + membership didn't save me lots of money I would absolutely be switching to a competitor for all my shopping.

This Walmart is better than most. However, Tracie really disappointed me tonight with her attitude and demeanor. It made me feel unwelcomed, as well as all of the other customers around me. Nonetheless, most of the employees here are fantastic people and extremely helpful.

Melissa - the manager at the customer service and money services department and Mo an associate violated my consumer rights by refusing to give me the money sent to me via Western Union, they said that they only are giving me 2500$, my amount to receive is 3000$, they said not more than that stating again that that is their rule. Then I said and showed them the prove that on April 8 I received 4000$ at the other location. First I asked Mo an associate to help me with receiving money, she said she needs the senders name, which I gave her, then she said she can’t give me more than 2500$ because that is the “law” that’s what she said. That is nonsense , I asked the manager to come help me. Then came Melissa who told me the same nonsense about the “rules and law” that 2500$ is the max to be revived. Then I asked to give the prove and a document that clearly states that 2500$ is the max amount to be given to customers that regulated their actions and work, she went in a room than came back saying that she can’t find that document. I insisted then she said there’s no such document. So they clearly didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t want to help me because of speculated “rules and laws” whereas other Walmart location didn’t have any problems giving me my 4K. Manager Melissa and associate Mo didn’t care about helping their customer , they violated my consumer rights. This is a very sad and disgusting attitude towards customers. They deserve to be reprimanded and fired. Walmart needs to level up and help its customers. Be ware people!
