Worst customer service I've ever encountered in retail. Went to return $100 headphones that quit working after 3 days and they wouldn't do it because I didn't have a box. CS employees were very rude and disrespectful. Went to another Walmart, and had no issues!

They don't answer their phone! I've called 3 different times and no one answers, please hire someone to answer the phone. Thank you!
