Very disappointed in the pharmacy customer service. This is the second time I’ve been to the drive thru far before closing time and waited in line only to have them close on me as I pulled up to the window. Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not drive here at 7:00 am thinking you can fill a Rx as the pharmacy hours says. Pharmacy opens at 8:00am.

Terrible service Walgreens at 171st and West Center road Omaha, Nebraska. They kept sending me texts When so when I finally went in there they said I couldn't get the flu shot had to register on line which the pharmacy tech said they've always done. That is not true, I've always gotten the flu shot there just had to fill out paperwork. I'm on a walker due to a broken leg and she had me walk from one place to another. Clearly this person had no clue what to do. Went to Bakers walked in got my flu shot no problem. Never will I go to Walgreens again!!!

Absolutely ridiculous that this pharmacy closes at 6 on the weekends. Staff is rude and won’t help you any time after 5:45 because “it’s too close to closing”

Never had an issue here at Walgreens before. Staff has always been nice and attentative and helpful. Until I met Lisa the team lead. She plays it off as a nice lady but if you have a question she does not like that and turns rude and unhelpful she is just eager to get you cashed out and out the door. When she gave me the total I told her oh I have a coupon and mid sentence from saying that she cut me off and said oh no your total is this and thats what it is. I said excuse me I have a coupon and she was like no the computer says the total is this so thats what it is. I told her but I have it right here and she just kept saying no I will not do nothing about it here, you can call walgreens and try to figure it out there. I was like but I am here in person right now. She just kept saying the same thing over and over well I cant do nothing thats what the computer says your total is, thats what it is. That was really rude of her also embarrassing and humiliating because there were other customers there. I shop here once a week and never had any issues till Lisa. She could have at least explained something other than just say no it is what it is cant do nothing. Also since other customers came by she was even more eager to get me out the door and had a bothered face. Really hope next time we see each other she has better customer service skills and can actually explain stuff rather than just shut it down and just try to through off customer service issues to 1800 walgreens.

This particular Walgreen's location has the worst hours!Being next door to an emergency room they should be open 24 hours always!!

This pharmacy is constantly out of my products for diabetes. One Rx I had to go back in to the store to see what the issue was bc I had not been text that it was ready . They claimed the product took a while to get. So today, I am home from left hip replacement. Rx were sent in from hospital around 1:30. When my husband went to pick up around 5:30 he was told to come back in an hour as they were not ready yet. He goes back and the pharmacy is closing and now I have no pain meds for the night. He told my husband they were just too busy to get to it today. This will be my last Rx from Walgreen’s. Pathetic!

Frequently not ready with scripts even when the app says they are ready. Had to "come back in 15 min" way to often. Planning to switch to Hy-vee as they have better staff.

One of the Manager's named Larry is extremely rude and condescending. We have had issues twice with him because he doesn't know his own store policies and instead of trying to help you as a customer he just tells you he can't. Doesn't have any sort of communication skills, doesn't have patience, and always has a bad attitude. He talks bad about people that use coupons like if it's a bad thing and labels them as couponers and says that they just want everything free. He also talks loud to the cashiers like if it is their fault he can't figure it out and then whispers things to other customers in line saying "these couponers this and couponers that" instead of getting on a register and helping the customers waiting in line. It seems Larry has had enough of this job and takes it out on customers. Larry needs to be retrained in proper customer service skills, how to communicate with customers, and also on his own store, coupon, and rewards policies. Because of this we will transfering our pharmacy services to another store. Hopefully Larry gets the help he needs.
