Probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy is at 156th and Q which is sad but tonight was the final straw. I’ll drive the extra couple miles to get faster and better customer service.

It's great having a Walgreen's in the neighborhood. More than a pharmacy, we stop by to get milk, snacks, soda, and personal hygiene products there.Prices match the larger grocery stores in the area.

*Unpleasant Checkout Experience*During my recent visit to Walgreens, I encountered some challenges during the checkout process. After greeting the cashier with a friendly 'Hello,' I was met with less than friendly behavior. I needed to redeem some Walgreens Cash and had to locate my old zipcode on my phone, which seemed to cause a nasty frustration for the cashier.As the line was forming behind me, I politely asked if she could cancel my five items to assist those waiting, but her response was quite curt and unfriendly. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy.

Very slow and not helpful in the pharmacy. They need more help to assist the customers they have.

Manager Kaylee was very rude when returning an item that Door dash delivered that Walgreens gave incorrectly. She Reimbursed my Walgreens reward of 5 dollars instead of my cash when I spent over 100. When asked about it she was very rude to me in front of other customers.

Spent 3 days trying to get my medications refilled. This pharmacy does NOT note accounts. I made John aware I'd be there the following day to pick up. My spouse went to pick up and I had to call and discuss my situation, again. I spoke to Jen and she very early into the conversation put blame on my spouse. I called again today and was told by Anna my medication would be ready in 15. I went to pick up and was told my medication was not ready and never processed. I was told to have my doctor call to give verbal permission for a refill. I called to follow up as I never heard back. The pharmacy manager took my call and told me he would not fill myprescription and if that was a problem I could take my business elsewhere. As frustrating as this was I am taking my business elsewhere because of how the pharmacy Manger spoke to me. (Full conversation with Manger is not posted here)As you can see from the review below. This behavior seems to be a trend.

Pharmacist was extremely rude to me today. Was accused of arguing for just asking questions. Never raised my voice, was never rude. Was only confused about something. I guess when they normally ask if u have questions for the pharmacist SAY NO! He will think I r argumentative. Then proceed to tell me I could then wait another 30 days to fill my prescription! As a “punishment” I’m assuming. Which they aren’t aloud to do in the first place. It is a medicine I need every month. Didn’t flip out in the store, when to my car and had a breakdown, confused, frustrated, and scared. Called my Dr. Whom by the way was talking to the pharmacist, who called to say I was being a “prob” needless to say my Drs know me. I’ve been there several years. Fixed everything. Told ME AND HIM he isn’t aloud to tell patients they have to wait for their medication because they are having a bad day. I actually went back to apologize for the misunderstanding.. This AS*HO** was still rude and said if I don’t like it I can go someplace else. Just unbelievable. If u hate helping people, and seeing them well GET ANOTHER JOB!!! Don’t ask people if they have questions, if u think your time is to “valuable” to talk to themDO BETTER WALGREENS!!!!!!!

Horible guy that works there! Rude! This is a tight community in millard you must not be from here! We are a family but you treat me and my neighbors horible! If you don't like your job find a new one. If your willing to change your attitude and show more respect, care for the people whom need medication I will remove review. You are rude on the phon and treated me with no respect. Maybe understand we are there for a reason I get your job is hard but no reason to be rude. You know who you are removing my family we will go to cvs.

If there was an option for no stars I would give no stars. Employees are very rude and can't give straight answers. There is more to type but I doubt I can get all characters on here. Don't know how my grandmother went to this Walgreens for so long

This store has zero customer service and appears to not care about anyone. Pretty sure there are not enough characters available for me to type how disgusted I am with the pharmacy. Will be transferring everything soon.

Beginning of April I received many calls from Walgreens. I knew I didn’t have any prescriptions due so I ignored the first 7 calls. Finally answered and person said they had a new service to coordinate all prescriptions for one pick up. I said great I only had 2 monthly prescriptions. She looked and then said she couldn’t help since one prescription had no more refills. I told her I would coordinate after my doctors appointment. Later I looked and one prescription had 3 refills and the other had seven. Fast forward to today. I called and spoke with pharmacy to get both prescriptions refilled. Person on phone confirmed prescriptions were there and that they both went through insurance. A couple hours later I went through drive tru to pick up prescriptions. I was told they didn’t have the medication until 5:30 today. I asked why did I get a text that my prescriptions were “available “and why did the person on the phone not tell me the medications weren’t available. That person got another pharmacy tech and she said the text telling me my prescriptions were available was a problem they were having. She said they “may have” some of my medication needed. The first pharmacy tech then came back and said they had the medication but that I would need to come back in 15minutes.I came back and the pharmacy tech told the amount for the prescriptions. I asked her to put it on our express pay/HSA card. She told me there wasn’t one on file. I had personally came in after the first of the year and gave my HSA card and asked that they enter that for both my husband and my express pay. Another customer service issue.I then drove away and noticed one of my prescriptions was wrong. I take the same medication but two different dosages.I went inside and and tried to explain to Byron the pharmacist . He looked at the prescription and said it was wrong from the doctor but “I got more for less money”. I don’t want a prescription that on the bottle it says the wrong dosage. I tried to explain how messed up the whole process was and he right away said “you can go to a different pharmacy “. I tried to explain all the issues and he just kept filling other prescriptions. He obviously didn’t care.

Went to pick up my sons prescription they said 15-20 mins so we walk around till it’s time. They then say another 15-20 minutes I go to car wait till time go through drive thru where I am told it will be another 15-20 minutes. Short hand or not people are sick and in pain, being told to stand around and wait instead of being upfront and letting them know it will be awhile so they can come back.
