Pharmacy staff and pharmacists don’t pay attention to anything. Kind of problematic when you deal in medicine. Needs an overhaul for staff.

1st time every getting prescriptions here. My husband's prescription was filled with 20mg tablets when they should've been 10mg. Our provider called and was told he could just take 2............. won't be refilling here again

The cashier Mary at this location is horribly rude to customers I’ve witnessed it and experienced her rude condescending attitude on several trips here. Maybe go to cvs across the street.

Does anybody know why this store is closing a night, why it's not open 24 hours ?

I'd give y'all 5, except I'm stuck in the parking lot, feeling like trash, waiting for my prescription, cause y'all send all y'all pharmacists to lunch at once. That's the most unnecessary thing. Just send one, and then the other. Also I called the pharmacy line, and talked to a robot, and they told me my prescription was ready. So then I went to get it and they're on lunch. Truly, 30 minutes wouldn't be such a big deal if it weren't -11 and I wasn't sick as a dog, but this really sucks and pisses me off. My prescription is ready, I have money, and nobody is behind the counter.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER shop here. I happened to be on one side of West Center and didn't feel like dealing with traffic anymore so I went in here just before 2PM on 16 Dec. I dealt with the only 2 employees I saw in store. One, an older woman, had a mask pulled down on her neck while she walked around coughing throughout the store. When I asked her to help me find something, she walked 1 aisle away, pointed, and walked away. Totally dismissive and rude. The man at the checkout was far worse. I didn't understand how one item did ring up as the sale price and another did not. He was angry and rude that I even asked the question, then got more angry when I asked him to remove the item I didn't wish to purchase. This is why I shop at CVS. I will NEVER shop at Walgreens EVER again.

The young blonde boy at the pharmacy seems constipated, stressed, and lost. There was an obvious problem with my insurance card but decided to take 5 minutes to walk around the pharmacy looking confused but had no issue coming back holding my insurance card in front of a line of people telling me the insurance card was no longer active. That’s obviously a personal issue, but instead of steering me in the correct direction, he was very unpleasant and and rude. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there!

Switching to CVS mail order, completely done with the lack of competency, long drive through lines, closed on Sundays, and no longer 24 hour pharmacy, DONE!!!!!

Old women that check out my soda purchase was extremely rude. As I was placing the 12 packs on the counter, she kept flicking her hand in a "hurry up" type manner. It was 4AM and no one else was in line so it was just her being rude. Not all Walgreens are like this so I will simply go to a different one.

I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to speak with a pharmacist. Got fed up and recalled them and now I've been on hold for 35 minutes. Still waiting. This is ridiculous.

Oral surgeon E-scribed amoxicillin , Peridex and pain medication for my daughter at 08:00am. I arrived at 11:20 am to pick up meds and 2 of the 3 were ready. The staff took it upon themselves to make one of the meds a "waiter". Why? when these prescriptions were all sent over together. The lack of common sense just baffles me. Walgreens has had 3 hours to fill these meds and now I get to wait another 30 minutes for the "waiter" med to be filled. After my name is finally called, I get to stand in line for another 20 minutes while the one cashier rings up the line of customers. Sooo frustrating!
