Some people need to be educated to the fact that working as a pharmacist or tech is more than putting pills in a bottle - there are rules and regulations concerning not only the medications themselves, especially pain medications, but also the types of insurance the customer has and what they do or do not cover- until you have worked on that side of the counter don’t be so quick to judge how long it takes to get your script filled.

Went to buy a squishmallow for my son as my uncle passed away and he wanted a Halloween one. I wanted to get something to comfort him. Online showed one across town had quite a few. I drove 30 minutes and none were out. I was told via an associate that the store manager said even though they were in the back he/she would not get them out. I am going to write a formal complaint on this as well. Why would they be available for store pick up, but I couldn't just purchase it. What a horrible location. And the employee just said "idk". And the store manager wouldn't come up to talk to me him/herself. I can't believe Walgreens would have such terrible customer service. I'm utterly disappointed.

They have no knowledge of their job at all. Will not inform you of anything that's because they don't know what going on themselves. Then get angry when you just don't bow down to them and the fact that they are completely wrong and misinformed. It's like an endless vortex of confusion

The guy with the long beard in the walgreens pharmacy drive thru is one of the coolest guys. He has always greeted me with a smile and is very quick/attentive. He brightens my day for sure! Nobody likes picking up prescriptions, but he sure does make the process better.

I had one of the worst customer experience of my life at this Walgreens. I went there with my wife and kid for photo services. The guy attending to us was plain rude and talked very bad. He was aggressive and unwilling to even talk properly. Not going back!!

I brought my elderly mother here. She found her product and was in line with her money when the cashier told her to 'step back' to let the customer behind her be taken care of first, with no explanation. My mother did not say anything and just let it go. I am sure that would not have happened if I would have been in line with her. We will NEVER be back to this location. Absolutely horrible to treat an elderly customer this way.

Out of every Walgreens, this is the best I’ve been to in 20 years. The pharmacy got me $50 off an uninsured vaccine.

Worst customer service I've ever received. The manager would not listen to my concern and proceeded to hang up on me not once, but twice. I've been going to Walgreens for 20 years and will never be back.

The pharmacy prices are sometimes ridiculous... Cheaper products can be found elsewhere. However Walgreens is convenient if you don't mind spending extra and want to avoid crowds.

If you are getting any vaccines, make sure to block out at least an hour of your day because appointment times are just a suggestion even if you come early and have paperwork done.

Cheryl at this Walgreens is fabulous! She is always smiling and helpful! I know they are short- staffed but she doesn't let it get to her. Fabulous asset for this store and all the Walgreens.

I stop by after work occasionally! It's open til midnight, & It's just a hop, skip & a jump from my place. Convenient, Helpful staff!

I often go to this location because it’s close to my work, today 2/20/21 the cashier that opened the store was already having a bad day at 8 am... She was sighing, rolling her eyes and had a very smart mouth. Her customer service was definitely lacking. Maybe y’all should talk to her about her service. There is no reason to have an attitude with people who come into your job. Yes it was first thing but if you aren’t a morning person get a night job . I will never go back to this location, I immediately went to CVS and got exactly what I needed... hope Dexia gets fired so I can go back one day.

Rude staff. No customer service skills whatsoever. 3 different staff members treated me like I was putting them out when I asked for help. No smiles. I don't understand why the manager doesn't see this. This review is not about the pharmacy staff. They're very nice but they need to find people for the front of the store who don't hate their jobs.
