Pharmacist Lowell Owen needs to learn how to manage his people. Always told on phone or automated system your meds are ready. Get there and nothing done by employee's. Lack of customer care is poor. Was actually told if didn't like the way they did things at his pharmacy to go to a different pharmacy! Been using Walgreens for over a decade.

I have used this pharmacy since the location on 42nd and Fontenelle closed overnight without warning. I just got off the phone with them to check on my son's prescription. As he told me his prescription was to being worked on at Lake st. ( As the last time I needed his prescription they were closed early with a note on the door.) I've decided that I'm going to move my family's account to Lake st. My spouse and I have had several questionable customers service experiences there. As we have been loyal customers of walgreens for many years now, I feel like we should give them their 1000th chance to keep me as a customer.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give 0 starts I would. I called at 5:15 was on hold until they closed at 6:00 and they literally just left me on hold. They didn't answer or say they couldn't help me or anything. I am sorry but if someone has been waiting that long they should be helped before the pharmacy closes. I could tell they even switched the hold music to where it quit telling you how many people were ahead of you and it was just music the entire time.

Pharmacy workers are very rude and unprofessional leave you on hold for a hour and talk to you crazy not all the workers but majority of them don't need to be there

Pharmacy was unfriendly and expensive. All I need is a Covid test and I am -inconveniencing- you? Oh, a Covid test costs $24 (for 2)? I went to Baker's (a GROCERY store) got friendly service and a single test for $7. *No more money spent at this Walgreens location*

Good location. I noticed that certain things like razors or body wash were behind locked doors. A little inconvenient when there's only one associate around. But they are friendly and helpful. I haven't used the pharmacy there. I noticed it has a drive through for it. Parking is good. And right now there is road construction on 30th St right in front of the store which is making it difficult to turn into the parking lot there. Luckily there is another entrance on the fontenelle side.

They are no longer open on Saturday. I waited all day, 8 hours to go pick up my daughters mental health medication and it was still not done. Now we will be waiting another 48 hours to get it on a Sunday. Shame on Walgreens for their poor management of this pharmacy. In the future we will be using Bakers pharmacy.

Store is heinously understaffed, Employees seem miserable, Had to wait 30 minutes on hold to fill meds, And another 30 minutes in drive through just to talk to someone. Dont blame the workers there but Im going to have to switch stores at this point because its frustrating doing all this waiting. Not sure why they dont just shut phones and drive through out at this point, I been coming here for 10 or so years and I dont want to switch over but im afraid it will come to that
