My product was a one star because there was many problems that I experienced today at that store. First of all, the manager was being very disrespectful and told me that he doesn't care about my product and he said he would not help me return, or redeem the gift card. I called. The store before I returned it and got told that I could come in and return it. I do not recommend this store.

Worst service I have ever. Terrible manager, unhelpful and irresponsible company. And did not resolve any of my concerns or issues that I went back to resolve but did not work and product was defective

Gloves were cheap and durable, it was also very cold on my bike ride and the hot packs kept my hands warm on the way home.

Wow! I should have read the reviews before I came here. I don’t shop at Walgreens. I only needed a Covid and flu shot! I made an appointment online, I called saying I would be about 30 minutes late. They said that is okay. They said as long as before 8pm! Great! I travel for work and also work late so hard to get on time. I show up at 7:45pm. I explained to the rep I apologize and I called and had an appointment- but he said okay before 8pm. Before I even finished my sentence the rep is walking away with his back toward me and some rude pharmacist came out and said it’s cancelled. I said what do you mean, I was told as long as it is before 8pm and I already filled everything out. I asked if I HAD to make an appointment. She said no, I said okay, so why can’t you help me? I was told before 8pm and you just told me I don’t have to make an appointment even though I already did. There is nobody in line, nobody in drive through. She said you need to make an appointment online in a sarcastic voice. I said you just told me I don’t. This area is ghetto and trashy people that clearly don’t like their jobs. Don’t say 8pm and no appointment if you don’t mean it. Guess what? Other people work too!!! I’ll just get it at my doctors office!!!! My insurance money is better used there than this pharmacy with lazy employees!

The worst experience ever in any Walgreens, the old unhappy lady was rude and nasty.

Had a horrible experience with this Walgreens store. I had a few returns and was informed by the lady up front that she couldn’t do it, so she did call a man up front. I’m a frequent shopper at Walgreens and have an account where I’m easily looked up by phone number. At the start, the man looked irritated and upset. He asked for my identification and asked for my address and name. I gave it to him and let him know I’m in the system and could give him my phone number. He proceeded to tell me to go back to the Walgreens I went to and that it would make it easier for him. I said, “Okay, so you aren’t going to help me because it’ll make it easier for you?” His response was, “It’ll make it easier for both of us.” Mind you, I have to go to the other side of town because it would be (easier for him). His attitude was horrible and I will definitely not be returning here.

I would genuinely give 0 stars if I could. I walked in, quite quickly at around 9:45. The store closes at 10:00. As soon as I walk in, the employee behind the encounter (an older, balding gentleman, wearing glasses and a mask) sees me walk in and *immediately* rolls his eyes, shakes his head and audibly sighs. This isn't a Walmart where you need to walk around for 20 minutes before you find everything you need. It's a small convenience shop that for me takes about 5 minutes. I had a product in mind that I was looking for before going in. I looked for about 45 seconds to a minute and walked out. Customer service needs *massive* improvements.

This Walgreens is located at 90th and West Center. Parking would be easier if the access roads weren't under construction. Overall, the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and most items are stocked on the shelves. When the candy goes on sale, you will find the inventory low. I suggest going to the checkout and many times, they relocate the sales candy near the register.

Apparently the pharmacy can change their hours of operation without letting the customer whom is needing a prescription that is ready for pickup. This is not the first time I have had that problem at this location. Seems I will have to choose a different pharmacy, since the posted hours can change whenever. How unprofessional.

I absolutely love this location! The store is always clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. I have always been able to get what I need right here. If you're looking for a great pharmacy, I would def recommend this location!

I am not one to normally post bad reviews- However, after my latest experience, I feel as though I need to write one- and call Walgreens corporate.Today (11/8) I went to this Walgreen’s location to pick up a few prescriptions I had filled. When I got back to the pharmacy, there was a large line of people (about 4 or 5 people ahead of me), with only one pharmacy tech, a cashier, and the pharmacist working in the pharmacy. At this point, the tech called for Don (the manager) to come to the pharmacy to help control the line. When he arrived, it was very obvious that he was frazzled by the amount of people in line, and had no idea what was going on. He seemed much more concerned about his personal well-being and rushing customers through the line than actually helping people, and it was very obvious that he was not really concerned about the customers around him. In addition, he was not wearing a mask the entire time he was helping customers in the pharmacy, as well as had his fingers in his mouth. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I told him my name and that I was picking up prescriptions- When he found them in the bin, he asked me to verify my address not once but three times for the same prescription, at one point telling me I “needed to speak” to reply to him after he asked for my address the second time and I did not understand him. When Don was ringing up my prescriptions, I noticed there were two- I only should have had one, and asked him to put away the one I did not need. The other one I was supposed to be picking up was one that required an ID check, which he did not do. Very rushed, he checked me out and sent me on my way, without even letting me know which prescription I had picked up or confirming it was correct. When I got to my car, I opened my prescription and realized that he had given me the prescription I had specifically told him I did not need. I then had to go back inside, and not surprisingly, there was another long line. After waiting for another 15 minutes, the pharmacy technician who was working assisted me in getting my money refunded for the incorrect prescription and getting the correct one- Which would be lovely, except while the pharmacy tech was checking me out, Don was standing over her shoulder and proceeded to tell me, “Oh! I wasn’t looking at what I was handing out, I was just scanning and going!” in reference to him giving me the incorrect prescription. What?!?Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience that I’ve had with this pharmacy in particular. This Walgreens honestly has one of the most unorganized and understaffed pharmacies I’ve seen- and Don the manager is not helping them out at all. If you need to fill a prescription, I suggest doing it somewhere else unless you’d like to wait 45 minutes for a prescription that is supposedly “ready” and then get the wrong one anyways….

I'm only giving two stars because on a rare occasion they provide good service. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and then waited over another 20 for one prescription. The service here is absolutely terrible almost every time I come here. It's extremely slow, they gave me the wrong/different medication once without informing me. Pretty much nothing good to say about this location. I'd honestly choose any location except this one.
