Thank you Walgreens 24th and Lake- for your example of corporate micro aggression on the highest level. “ The masks are available at tens of thousands of pharmacies and 100-200 community health centers across the country. Most of the pharmacies that have partnered with the federal government to distribute COVID…. Available per the government in pharmacies EVERY where.. But when I went to pick them up not in this location. North Omaha- sorry, not sorry per management We don’t have them. Corporate determined a list of stores they were go to. North Omaha wasn’t one of them. Walgreens- please Answer this very important question. How did you determine what store receive the KN95 mask first. Was it underserved communities, or more affluent communities? Whether this was intentional or not, it still feels the same. I was able to go to 49th and Dodge CVS and Walmart on Saddlecreek and just get them. No issues

Store manager “Effie” was very rude with me at one point she yelled at me for bothering her about products and when I proceeded to pay to a counter she denied ringing me up .When I left I heard her and another lady at the cash register laughing at me I was very disappointed and hurt by these actions. I won’t be coming back to the store.

I’ve had it with the pharmacy. Sooo I went to pick up one of my prescriptions today and was told it wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait 30 min to fill it. No big deal, I don’t mind waiting. Except not when my prescription is already filled and ready! I called the Walgreens in council bluffs immediately after and was told my med WAS ALREADY FILLED at 24th st! Yet somehow the 24th st pharmacy doesn’t see that? And besides that, it took them forever to even find my name...so I ended up just telling the Council Bluffs pharmacy to switch all my meds over to them bc I hate to say this is not the first time the staff have trouble finding my meds or telling me conflicting info.

Either card machines are just trash and they can't afford to have good ones or cashier doesn't know how to use it....

This walgreens has been my childhood walgreens as long as i could remember. I use to bring my previous dog with me all the time, never a problem. I come in today with my puppy this rude employee doesnt even tell me sorry or excuse me says i cant have my dog in the store. When the cashier upfront seen me come in through the door with my dog in my arms, and didnt say a word. They should really educate this people with better customer service. I asked why the cashier didnt say anything and she couldnt give me a valid explanation. Poor customer service.

Love Walgreens! Only downside is the hours. Pharmacy is only until 8 p.m. and the store closes earlier than most other Walgreens.
