So tired of businesses picking and choosing when they want to open Walgreens says they’re open at 6 I’m here at 6:24 doors still locked this would be the second establishment that I came to today this morning that are supposed to open at six yet the entitled employees choose to open when they want to if this is the case maybe store hours should be changed on Google

Worst customer service ever! My college daughter was needing help getting a prescription (that she has taken before heading to college). No one knew how to run the system for this particular medication. They kept telling her they didn't have it in stock, and then would call and tell her it is, and then when she would go in to pick up they would again tell her it's not in stock. A lot of back and forth. I finally called to help her figure out the problem. No one could understand what I was asking. Then they bad mouthed me right in front of my daughter. A month later she gave her prescription refill a try here. Same bad luck and same terrible customer service. They are rude to your face, and rude to you on the phone. She will be changing pharmacies for her next refill. Thank goodness my daughter's doctor's office is so friendly and always willing to call Walgreens and put them on the straight and narrow for us as well. They don't even deserve the one star I'm giving them.

Can't believe that pharmacy is only open M-F with limited time. Will need to change as I need to pick up items after 5 or on Saturday. This store is also near a hospital and doctors offices. Bad management decision.

Would NOT recommend, AT. ALL. Why not, You ask? Well, when I came in to the pharmacy one afternoon, and the first thing I saw was this stupid old, hairy, mentally-challenged lady who was ringing up makeup stuff a mentally-disabled, murmuring, twitchy Japanese chick was purchasing. (If you ask me the Asian Chick was one of them Asian girls who buys a lot of makeup but never uses it.) Anyway, I asked the manager if he new where the stuff I was looking for was, and he cursed at me and called me the N-word and threatened to assault me. He then chased me out of the store for no good reason and told me I was never welcome back. WOULD. NOT. RECCOMEND. AT. ALL. COSTS. WHAT. SO. EVER!!!!!!!

I think Veronica is a very rude cashier. I witnessed a customer asking her how her day was going, just making conversation, and she very rudely responded with "I don't want to talk about it". He was quite surprised at her answer and apologized to her for asking. What a weird response from someone in customer service. This is not the first time I've witnessed strange behavior from her. I walked in one time and there was no one in line, so instead of walking through the roped queue that takes you around the soda coolers and then to the front counter, I just bypassed the ropes and went right to the counter, again no one was in line, so why does it matter? She then left the counter and made a big theatrical display of pointing out the ropes to me, walked over and pointed to the signs with arrows, and said it's so I remember where to walk next time. How weirdly controlling for having no customers and nothing else to do in that moment. They really need a nicer person up front that at least appears to enjoy their job.

Veronica was very rude to me. Went to buy Nyquil and was carded. No problem. I gave her my ID. While I was there I asked for some smokes. Why was I carded again. I really think that was over the top. I will never come to this location again.

Worst Walgreens I have ever gone to , I always go to pick up my prescriptions that are send by doctor weeks pass by and they never have anything ready / recived ! Today I go drop off a prescription they are standing there ignoring me when all they can do is answer the phone and say we are closed and there working hours . They don’t even have there hours listed I don’t know what king of people they hire there but never can do not waist your time of day going here !!!

This is the worst pharmacy in Omaha. Waited over 30 min and ended up leaving without getting my vaccines. Made an appointment but still had the do the ppwk over again because they couldnt find it. Then they let me sit there for 30 min and never said a word me...if it had been busy with other folks waiting to get vaccines i could understand the wait...but there was no one. In the 30 min they maybe helped 6 people picking up their scripts....there were 5 people working in the pharmacy. embarrassing it what the whole thing was. taking my scripts to hyvee from now on.

You’re right next to hospitals and you don’t have pharmacists working Saturdays and Sundays due to “short staffing”. Brilliant!
