Pharmacy left me on hold for a while. Realized it was close to closing time. Went through the drive thru and they told me OneWorld didn't submit my prescriptions to have them filled.

Pharmacy customer service and care has really taken a dip in the recent years. It's like they struggle with getting proper management and employees. Lack of communication, supplies and prescription drugs. Time to start looking for a new pharmacy.

The pharmacy did not give me my full prescription claiming insurance issues. I tried to explain I’ve held the same insurance for 5 years and have always been able to get my complete prescription at other pharmacies. I was dismissed without the issue being addressed. Poor customer service. Will not be using Walgreens again.

Ordered three items for pickup. I got an email saying there's going to be a delay so I called to follow up and the person said 20 to 30 minutes. I gave 45 at least and stopped in and they still hadn't even gotten the items off the shelf. Two employees were standing around joking and one said "oh my bad I was on the phone". I go to check out, one of them says something about "we have to go get your Old Spice". I don't know if that was an age slam but that was uncalled for. there was nothing about any toiletries on my order and it was already bagged up. They have very high turn over there and I can see why.

If I could leave no stars I would. I've been going to this location for 5 years and it has steadily went down hill horribly. Don't go here if you don't have to. As I write this I'm still on hold and have been for a total of 71 minutes and been hung up on 3 times. I'm calling the BBB and having my prescriptions transferred to Walmart. Good thing I wasn't on a break or this wasn't urgent.

If you want to get ignored on the phone and not have your prescription taken for a patient AS A PRESCRIBER then this is the place for you.

This area used to be amazing, the store itself is fine, but just a warning there will be a homeless person standing at your car door as soon as you park, asking for money most times than not, so be prepared for that.

The pharmacist at 2929 N 60th apparently doesn't know her job, I called, and she had no clue what info she needed to get my script, kept asking me if I knew what info she needed. Complete IDIOT, She should be Burger King, where she can have it her way

First call.. great service. Second call after not hearing anything about my prescription for hours.. horrible. Told several times not their fault as a “fulfillment center” pulled my prescription and its Walgreens pharmacy doing that. It’s nice to know my decision years ago to pull all my prescriptions from Walgreens was a good one, only filled this one as an emergency.. never again.

I called around 2:00 asked when my prescription will be ready and they said at 4:00.I came to pick up at 4:00 and told me that is not ready and I will have to wait 30 minutes. I waited until 5 and still not ready. They were saying that they only have one person working on it. It it will take this long please don’t just assumed the time and wasted someone gas and time. I left without getting my prescription.

Taking the time to review this pharmacy because the pharmacist is truly unethical. She’s a white woman in a predominantly Black neighborhood who treats everyone like a drug seeker. I used to be able to get narcan here— obviously a life saving drug that 1) cannot be abused and 2) literally only has one purpose— saving lives— and she scoffed and dragged her feet and ended up printing off pages of misinformation re why she was refusing my ask.The pharmacist is condescending and downright cruel. With her authoritarian and blatantly I’m-better-than-you cultivated culture, I’ve seen multiple folks in bad shape be refused service for being mere pennies short of their script cost (I’ve always picked up the tab when I’ve seen this, fyi). I’ve seen staff fearfully lie to the pharmacist about a patient— in order, I assume, to protect themselves. I’ve also had the rather gauche experience of being handed my medication by the pharmacist and then she just… walks away. Once, as she was walking away, I said “um, are you gonna ring this up?” And she scoffed and said “not my job.”I am under no illusion about the stress and understaffing issues that all healthcare workers are experiencing right now. And at the same time, I am a firm believer that if you make the choice to work in medicine, you need to—at bare min—treat people with dignity and respect *especially* when you’re a privileged woman in an underserved neighborhood. As a final, personal example, I have, on multiple occasions, introduced myself as “Dr” when trying to advocate for myself or other patients in line (because I do, indeed, have a doctorate) and every damn time she looks me up and down, assesses my tattoos and weird hair, and makes a little smirk of disbelief.I don’t mean to insult this pharmacist or get her in trouble or anything like that. I do, however, hope that she will see this and broaden her mind and learn some compassion for folks who are not like her.Just because we don’t all dress like west o moms down here on 60th street doesn’t mean we’re not deserving of care.

Wal-Greens sells drug's. So why can't other's sell drug's? Friendly staff, I'm guessing that they're friendly because they're hopeful you'll share some perks lol

It is rediculous that it takes 3 days to fill 3 prescriptions
