Remember when Walgreens a national pharmacy you could count on? I tried the Walgreens at 3001 Dodge Street because the were $50 cheaper on one of my medications. I had an account set up. I've used the photo services before. My Doctor sent the prescription over and all I heard was crickets chirping. The following Monday I went to the pharmacy. They were closed from 1 until 2 for lunch. I tried their automated voice system it was useless except at screening out calls to the pharmacy. On the 4th day I got to speak with someone at the counter. In the background two pharmacists were yelling at each other about a prescription. Warnning bells were ringing in my head. After 5 minutes the gentleman )coated my script in their computer system. No one had open the file or started working on it 4 days after receipt. Bells are ringing loudly now. He said they'd order it and text me when it came in. He confirmed my telephone number just in case. When I asked how long it would take to order in, his exact words were Lord only knows. As you can probably guess they never sent a text, called or emailed me. I had to go back to my old pharmacy and ask them to transfer the script from Walgreens to them. My original pharmacy called 3 week days in a row, Walgreens never filled or faxed the script. I spent 2 more day to have my Doctor cancel the original script and reissue a new one. I'm at 15 days to get 1 perception filled. Needless to say I WONT USE WALGREENS AGAIN!

Pharmacy techs answering the phone saying no for prescriptions to be filled same day when I've been without a med that is dangerous to stop for five days already? Your lack of staff is not my problem and neither is your disrespectful tone of voice. Thank God for the helpful pharmacist.

Jasmine in pharmacy went above and beyond to help me with the cost of my medication. Walgreens should be honored to have such a caring staff member like herself.

Aside from pharmacy getting the pick-up location messed up; all other shopping was good with good prices (live in a jungle where I come from where price's are extremely worse than what it is city price). Staff at grocery check-out was very kind/courteous. Great organic shampoo/conditioner/body wash sales prices. Convenient customer bathroom. Great pain med's selection.

No matter what time of day what day of the week there's always a smile to greet you. The employees are courteous. If there are any delays in the checkouts, it is highly likely that the cause it's from the customers rather than the employees. Now it is true that the price points there can be higher. That's why I'm giving them four stars vs five.

This location has been steadily going downhill. They used to have great Halloween decor and now have almost nothing and half of that is just candy. The pharmacy is getting really bad. Since they started outsourcing their refills in order to provide better customer service the service has gotten worse. The lines are longer and slower. They used it as an opportunity to reduce staffing. And they often forget to give you all the prescriptions you have waiting for you. And they have stopped notifying you when your prescriptions are ready. I did not request auto refill and yet they have started doing auto refill. I did not request to have all my prescriptions bundled together so they are refilled at one time. I get most of mine done on a 90 day rotation and I had them at different points along that spectrum so I spread out spending the money over many different paychecks and then they started lumping them all together. I'm pissed off that they made those changes without my permission. The overall service in the entire store is much worse than it used to be. They no longer have nice displays for the newly released make-up for each season. It is now scattered around the back half of the store and the front of store displays are usually for crappy items or junk items.

BEYOND understaffed. Pharmacy staff lost my meds in their shelving system. Staff member Scott tried to suggest I leave with the one he could find. When I refused, he went through every single plastic crate frantically throwing around medications. He began to panic, which caused me to panic. Hire more staff so that your current staff doesn’t have to be so overwhelmed.

The good: open 24 hours (most of the time). The bad: all of the friendly staff have moved on.The ugly: unprofessional, rude service... when did they allow employees to talk on their wireless earbuds while working at the registers? Maybe they'd be able to hear the customers the first (2nd, 3rd) time if they put the caller on hold til breaktime? ? just a thought

Some member of staff have proven to be very helpful while others are not so attentive. Outside the store is usually filthy and poorly kept along with beggars setting up camp out in front or along the sides of the building. Most of my trips to this store I have observed many empty spots on shelves where items are not stocked and remain unstocked for what seems like abnormally long amounts of timeSeems like a game of luck if the pharmacy is open and available to fill scripts and if staff will provide any guidance on how to get your script should their pharmacy fail to open. After finally receiving guidance on how to get my script filled at a different walgreens they were trying to send me out to West Omaha.

Their shelves were really bare in the cosmetics area, really I was stunned because that is odd for Wallgreens the choices for nail glue were, well one and there were one two on the shelf and no finger nail files but the old fashion emery boards your grandma had really i couldn't believe it. That tells a person that they haven't got any thing stocked in a while makes ya go hum!!!!

Do not order photos from here. Every time I order them, it takes them 10+ minutes to find them. This last time, they couldn’t find them at all. The sales associates just keep saying “they aren’t here” and fumbling around without providing any reasonable solutions. When I asked to help get a refund for the printing fee I had paid online, she mumbled something and then started helping another customer. I had a sleeping baby with me and limited time so I decided to leave without my photos or a refund. I hate that there are photos of my baby floating around that Walgreens and I can’t get them because every time employee is slow and incompetent. Learned my lesson
