I've had consistent issues with this pharmacy over the past year, and it's been incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to pick up my prescriptions, they're either out of stock or they substitute my medication with something my insurance doesn't cover. It feels like I'm always battling with them over something basic like getting my medication on time.
The most unacceptable part is that they are *constantly* out of meds. I've had to wait over a week on multiple occasions, which is completely unacceptable, especially for something as critical as medication. As someone undergoing cancer treatment, this has added a tremendous amount of frustration and stress to an already difficult situation.
To make matters worse, the customer service is often rude and unprofessional. They seem unorganized, and no one seems to care about the inconvenience or my health. I can't rely on this particular Walgreens anymore and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who needs dependable pharmacy service, especially those with serious medical conditions.

Love my pharmacy after you get them some act right then they be some nice lol they will be rude at first but when you’re like hey I gonna be seeing you & you’re gonna be seeing me so let’s just be friends! Lol everything rolls good from there on. God bless our pharmacist and techs I know it can get busy and overwhelming just please remember the mother who’s overwhelmed and just trying to pick up her and her children’s medication as well ??

This Walgreens is located at 90th and West Center. Parking would be easier if the access roads weren't under construction. Overall, the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and most items are stocked on the shelves. When the candy goes on sale, you will find the inventory low. I suggest going to the checkout and many times, they relocate the sales candy near the register.

I'm only giving two stars because on a rare occasion they provide good service. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and then waited over another 20 for one prescription. The service here is absolutely terrible almost every time I come here. It's extremely slow, they gave me the wrong/different medication once without informing me. Pretty much nothing good to say about this location. I'd honestly choose any location except this one.

The pharmacy staff has always been courteous and considerate. I went through the drive-up, but saw they were prepping to close. I was good with coming back another day, but I heard the RPh chiming through the speaker wearing a smile. Big heart. â¤
