Melanie the manager was totally out of line and very rude. my wife and i were buying groceries and she refused us service. told us not to come back there. worst customer service i have ever had. NEVER come here. i have never been more insulted by someone on the job then by Melanie.

I have transferred my prescriptions to Hy-Vee. The line at the drive up prescription line is always a long wait. Seems it is mostly due to them offering drive up Covid testing. In addition they have closed the second drive thru lane so you're forced to set in line while people get their Covid tests. Usually 6-8 cars in line. I'm done with Walgreens

I can't understand what others are complaining about. I fill a lot of prescriptions and the staff at this location was the kindest I've found. And I spoke with 3 different pharmacists

The worst experience at this pharmacy! Went to pick up prescription using a trial card, was told trial was for 28 days so two freestyle Libres not one. Then I had to go back and call my doctor and ask them to send in a 2nd prescription. Had my husband go in the following day and instead of using the trial card they charged us $70 for the prescription. When I went in to return it and ask why I was told it’s only for one Not for two! Absolutely crazy making unprofessional and highly do not recommend! Switching all my meds to another pharmacy

Came in 10 mins before close. Didn’t realize they close at 6 on Saturday, and asked if there was any way they could fill it so I didn’t have to wait for my antibiotic and the pharmacist got my meds right out to me!

I used to be an assistant manager for Walgreens 30 years ago when customers actually meant something to them. With Covid and staffing shortage I called 3 hours in advance to have my script refilled. The tech asked on the phone when I would like to pick up. I said is 45 mins ok? The tech replied absolutely no problem at all. I arrived2 hours later and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. I finally got to the window and was told it would be 45 minutes before it was ready. I had another previous engagement I could not miss which is why I called with an abundance of extra time. I loved the company I used to work for that cared about customers. That company no longer exists. I guess I will switch to Walmart and never expect customer service is still a goal of retailers

I called Sunday about a prescription to be filled Monday, because every month I have trouble here. Finally, they had the order, were going to put it in the "queue" and it would be ready Monday morning! When I arrived, the woman at the pharmacy had multiple masks on and I couldn't hear a word she said. She told me to turn off my car because that's why I couldn't hear her (it's an electric car, so it was silent). Then the pharmacist told me to pull around because she didn't have the prescription and would have to call the doctor. When I said I spoke with someone yesterday, she rudely said she didn't talk to me and she was there yesterday. Then I asked why we have trouble every month, and they wouldn't look at me, like children. I had to wave to get their attention. This is a pharmacy? Last time I ever come here.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and today was treated so rudely by pharmacy staff. If I thought it would make a difference to contact the pharmacy to complain, I would. Don’t bother with this store. Use the one on 132nd.

In the year I have lived by this Walgreens not once has my order been easy. There is always an issue. Today I have an email notification and text that my meds are ready for pickup. Show up and they don’t have any ready for me! Wish my insurance let me go to Hy-Vee.

I wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy is a complete rip off. I'm a practicing physician for the last 35 years. I've never been charged more than about $20-$25 for this generic prescription. And they wanted to charge me $532! Be prepared to not go to this pharmacy. What a complete rip off
