Went to the photo pickup today and a man named Tom was blowing his nose excessively folding the same tissue and reusing it. He then threw it in the trash and asked me what I needed. I kindly asked him to sanitize his hands before he touched my pictures and he refused. When I reported this to Alex (manager with short black hair and lime green highlights). she just looked at me. No response, no apology, no action. With covid and flu and other respiratory infections circulating now I am very concerned that the store on 132nd does not train employees to wash their hands as it is the number one way to avoid transmission of diseases. I also am concerned that the manager did not support me and ask him to wash his hands. I will be taking my business elsewhere .

I don't even want to give them 1 star! I've encountered rude pharmacy staff repeatedly, an annoying surplus of texts and voice messages when prescriptions are ready, delays in working with my insurance provider, staff wearing soiled clothing, lack of maintenance of the parking lot, and generally dirty conditions. So furious that we have to use Walgreens as a condition of our insurance. Our experience at CVS was far superior to that of Walgreens!

Never, ever get your business cards here or anything else from the photo department. Because of a time crunch, we decided to order our cards here and pick them up the next day. Over half the cards were so off center that our business name was cut off as was the text on the back. About 10% of them had an unsightly streak on the front, too, where nothing was printed. Did this cause them to redo the order before we picked it up? Of course not! They presented it to us and charged us as if everything was fine. When we went back in, DJ, the assistant manager, said the streaked cards were fine. Janis, the photo clerk, said she was the one who printed the cards, admitted she saw the ones that were bad, and said she printed some extras to make up for it. DJ offered to rerun the print job, but the new ones came out off center, too. So now we don't have our full order of cards that we need NOW, and DJ would not reverse the fee we were charged for this mess or compensate us for our having to come back in. He said they will call someone to come calibrate the machine, then they will rerun our order and call us to come back in AGAIN to pick them up. There is no timeframe for when this will be done. This is totally unacceptable, and we will 1) make sure Corporate knows, and 2) tell everyone we know and encounter on social media to steer clear of this Walgreens' photo department. Or any other department here, actually. If quality control is this bad in the photo department, how can I possibly trust them with something as important as my medications?

I don’t recommend picking up your RX at their pharmacy. Unless you hate your life and want to be tortured with stupidity.

It never fails, the wait in the pharmacy drive through is patience-testing. There's got to be a better way.

My husband is being withheld his medication for the 3rd or 4th time in a row! The 30 day period was up yesterday and he was told TODAY that he can't get his med until tomorrow! My husband needs his meds but you refuse to give them to him as directed!

Don't usually use this Walgreens but I was picking up a prescription on Sunday and it was the path of least resistance. My flexible spending card has been through the wars and sometimes the magnetic stripe does not read. This was one of those times. I asked Walgreens if they could input the numbers manually. "No, we don't do that." Huh? "They took away that button. Sorry." OK, I admit I need a new flexible spending card, but my real pharmacy didn't have any problem putting in the numbers manually a couple weeks ago. User-unfriendly.

Pharmacy employees are usually pretty nice. Photo center is always cool af. Hit or miss with general cashiers in the store itself. Even on its off days it's way better than some locations near by.
