The pharmacy team is actually really great I was having an extremely difficult time getting a prescription and they were super patient with me throughout the entire process, were so so understanding and helped me get it at the very last minute… thank you guys!!!

This location particularly the pharmacy is always closed seems like there is never a pharmacist on duty this really sucks. They never answer going to find another walgreens I like the one on 60th better

Despite the fact that they are understaffed, (which is NOT their fault. Some people don't understand this somehow...) they are always able to provide care to my family and I. We have been getting our prescriptions at this location since I was little and have probably had a couple of bumps here and there, but that's just what happens. They are hard workers and it is just absolutely RIDICULOUS how non-understanding people can be when most of the time it is a Walgreens issue, not a team issue.

Received a voicemail a week and a half ago saying that my prescription would be ready mid-week the following week. They were at lunch when I stopped by that next Friday, closed on Saturday. When I stopped in on Sunday they had deleted the order as " it had been sitting there for 12 days." How has it been sitting there for 12 days when it was only supposed to be ready earlier that same week. This pharmacy location has been a mess for a long time. I am movingy account to another store location tomorrow.

i’d give 0 stars if I could. i’ve been to the pharmacy today three times and been told they need another hour THREE times after waiting in line 30+ minutes each time. get it together, what a waste of my day and so disrespectful of my time. then called to speak to the manager, was on hold five minutes and then got hung up on.

This is my go to pharmacy because I’ve never had any issues filling and receiving prescriptions. The last year has gone downhill fast! Now this pharmacy is notoriously understaffed and the drive thru window of the pharmacy usually takes a good 15-45 mins to get a single prescription that has been marked as ready. The last two times I have gone to get a prescription the pharmacy was closed because they did not have a pharmacist on staff…I have medications that are being held hostage because they don’t know how to keep a pharmacist on staff! Even when they ARE open, they are apathetic, snarky, and always ALWAYS short staffed. Which to me is completely unprofessional and does not represent what walgreens is “supposed to stand for” I’m beyond fed up when I can’t get a medication that is dire in my everyday life and functionality. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

My review has to do with a recent pharmacy visit. While I understand that patient care mat not be what you do, you are providing people with medications that their doctors prescribe. I also understand that you have no control over the prices that drug companies set for the medications or the amount that insurance will cover. But asking 130 dollars for a medication knowing that there is a program that supplies free coupons online that can help get medications at 1/4th the cost and don’t offer that information to your customers that’s not treating them fairly. Every place you see a Walgreens there is usually cvs directly across the street and in the case that I am talking about there is 3 pharmacies at that intersection. Wouldn’t you want to treat your customers the best? Keep them coming back? I have used Walgreens stores for as long as I can remember and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Scheduled a flu shot, arrived on time, and filled out paperwork only to be told they don't accept my insurance. This should've been question number one, not the last question. What a waste of time. Will be a happy CVS customer from now on.

This is by far the WORST Walgreens pharmacy in Omaha. They repeatedly are RUDE, could careless about their customers or what they are going through. Not to mention, you can't go thru the drive thru without wasting 20-25 min of your time. Not b/c their busy, strictly b/c the pharmacist is too busy twiddling her thumbs to help. That or she's just flat out ignoring you. I'm not one to write reviews like this, but the lack of customer service or even the lack of empathy has taken place once too many times, I can't just ignore it anymore. GET RID OF CURRENT PHARMACIST. Every other Walgreens pharmacists are great. I will most definitely be switching the moment i see my doctor again. Im not the only one that feels this way either. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

After 6 months of not shopping at this Walgreens down the street from me due to having to stand in line with people without masks near me I gave it a shot due to convenient location. Unfortunately after the woman working the register reassured me they were now enforcing the mask mandate I witnessed someone walk right by her without a mask and start shopping. I left to avoid the same situation of being stuck in line with people not respecting the mask mandate. The worst part is the manager working this evening said in response to people entering, shopping, and being served/checked out, their employees are not allowed to ask anyone to wear a mask! She claimed it was corporate policy to go against the city mandate and let people in the building and serve them without doing anything other than posting a sign on the door. Not caring if that is respected seems like a contradiction in the purpose of a pharmacy. Hy-vee across the street has never had an issue with ensuring a mask is required for entry like shoes and a shirt as far as I have ever seen. It doesn't matter if it's close to me, this company has not only lost my business for the last 6 months, but forever after speaking with the manger and hearing what I did this evening.

I love this walgreens. Every time I go I have a pleasant experience. I'm consistently greeted by name & with a smile. They really go above & beyond the extra mile to help & it's not just the pharmacy it's Every department. I'm not from here but they really have become family. Thank you guys so much!

Rarely, if ever, have I had an experience with a pharmacy staff that was more uncomfortable to deal with than the young person who 'assisted' me yesterday at the Fort Street Walgreens branch. This young person was abrasive, unkind, and prickly which are unnecessary and wasteful attributes. Who wants to spend a moment around someone whose goal seems to be intimidation? I'll not return to this pharmacy.
