Absolutely not for your Pharmacy needs. Dropped off a prescription at 2pm said it would be ready at 4pm. Stopped by at 5:45 not ready said they would show me as waiting and should be done in an hour or less. Next day at 12:15 pull up. Still not done and nobody can explain why it's not ready yet everyone is sitting around not filling prescriptions.

Staff just doesn't care. Slow and rude. Tech was doing her best. Pharmacist was horrible.

Scheduled a vaccine at 10:30. Was here early, and still no service at 11:20. Constantly slow with prescriptions, and the attitude of the staff is getting worse. No customer service. This seems to be the way it is with most Walgreens now. I've started switching my meds to Costco. Much better experience for a much better price.

I was literally ignored for over 5 minutes at the pharmacy yesterday (Saturday morning, 10 AM 5/14/22). I was never acknowledged or told, "Be right with you!" I eventually left. Absolutely unacceptable.

Pretty typical Walgreens. They have all the tidbits and meds and treats a person needs for a quick pick me up. Fun seasonal items throughout the year and lots of cosmetics for the ladies. Just wish they'd knock the prices down a touch.

This Walgreens store is the one I tend to visit if I need a prescription filled or need an over the counter product I can quickly get vs going up the street to Hyvee or a convenience gas station. Today, I needed to find a gift card for local restaurants but I couldn't locate any. No staff was available to help and the minimal employees were avoiding people unless you asked the cashier for assistance. Well, no gift card to buy so dessert was next on the list. I found ice cream sandwiches that happened to be on sale so that was the selection. I didn't care for the overly elderly cashier who probably thought I returned from Wuhan yesterday but perhaps her immune system wasn't the best and she just pointed out commands and I left without saying a word after paying for the ice cream.

This location continues to be a disappointment. So I guess at least you can say they're consistent. Called in to let them know I'm on my way to get our prescriptions for yet another set of double ear infections. They kept me on hold for EVER again. And then they said they were almost done and would "definitely" be done in 10 minutes. Just got here 15 minutes later to be told they're not done. So again. we wait. And wait. And wait. Save yourself. Don't use this pharmacy.
