I was in line at the pharmacy and they closed right after the person in front of me. Literally was in line and they just closed up shop. Take care of your customers in line that were there before close. The person in front of me took like 10/15 minutes too! Absolutely ridiculous! Won’t be coming here anymore in the future.

When you try asking for help they just tell you to read the label of the item. Once you’re stuck helping yourself they rush you out the door.

Wow. Stopped in to the Millard location and noticed an employee stacking Halloween Candy with a sign that said 70% off. Excited I grabbed several bags and when I checked out they all rang up full price. I explained that these were from the Halloween clearance. I was told (not very politely) I needed to be a Walgreens member to get the discount. The sign did not say anything about that, so I left. I drove past another location on the way home. The same candy rang up correctly there without a problem. Apparently you only have to be a member when you are at Millard location...

This is getting annoying! I called on Wednesday, October 4 at 5:45 PM requesting a set of scripts that had been at the Location at 180th R Plaza. The reason why I called was because the location on R plaza They were not transfer my prescriptions to the location at 135th and Q it was responsibility. At the location up on 180th would be open later so I called and found out that the location on q was closing in 115 I requested to the woman can I pick the prescriptions up tomorrow? She said the pharmacist was doing vaccines but they would take care of it and I could pick it up tomorrow., On Friday, October 6 48 hours later, I went to pick up my prescriptions and none of those prescriptions were transferred over. So on the morning of Saturday, October 7 I called ahead to make sure that all my scripts were transferred, I went before work because this location is closed on Sunday. I have been going without this important eyedrop since Wednesday. Then I went. I asked the person am I picking up what am I picking up? They said five scripts I didn’t check because I thought it was all worked out came home the night of October 7. And not all my scripts were there I take this location I’m taking an Uber, so the two times I’ve gone and picked up my scripts means that that is nearly $35 I am out See again. SMH This angers me because the pharmacist never ordered when I asked I gave all my info, so that was a waste of my time giving my info on Wednesday, So then I showed up and wasted my time again on Friday then I showed up and wasted my time again on Saturday. I still have not gotten all my scripts.. And every single time you call to get this worked out or want to All week I’m sorry our pharmacist is giving vaccines they’re unavailable. I am beginning to think this is a tactic to block us from speaking to the pharmacist.. Well now I have to spend another nine dollars there in an Uber and nine dollars back at home in an Uber to pick up my eyedrop when they are reopen on Monday re-ridiculous. I have done my part at least three times in this situation and yet receipt not have requested irritating $40 to pick up scripts at once and it’s not even at once. It’s two different trips three different trips excuse me! What is also annoying the location that I was going to for 180th had very good late hours. This location doesn’t have very good hours so just saying if you’re hardly open make sure you do it right the first time because if we’re getting off work early adjusting our schedule and then we have to adjust it again it’s not fair to the consumer, if this is going to be interacting with this company, I think I will have to look into CVS or something else because this is super annoying because I could tell you for an honest to God sack the store manager, the Director of marketing and the CEO they don’t give a damn I’m out of $40 . SMH

Pharmacy staff have really bad attitudes. I had a question about my prescriptions the lady shrug her shoulders then huffed and puffed. I'm sorry that my question about medication that I'm supposed to take irritated you so badly.

Horrible Walgreens. I’ve never had so many issues with my prescriptions and photos than this location. I’m switching and not returning after I eventually get my families prescriptions

This Walgreens pharmacy is completely disorganized. On one occasion I went to pick up my script and they said the medicine was out of stock and it wouldn't be in stock for another two days. I called back two days later and they told me it still wasn't in. I called back the following day and they told me they would just let me know when it was in. On another occasion I called to see if my script was ready and the person who answered the phone told me it was due to be filled that day and that from now on I needed to call ahead and make sure the script was in stock. I said okay no problem. The next time I needed my script to be filled I made sure to call ahead as I was instructed to and I was very rudely told "you can't even fill your script for a couple days" I then said "yes I'm aware but the last time I called I was told to call ahead and make sure it was in stock" and it got pretty awkward. Most recently I called in on Friday to make sure my medicine was in stock to be picked up and the girl told me yes and I could pick it up on Saturday. I didn't get the chance to do it and they now aren't open on Sundays, So on Monday I went through the drive thru and they told me I needed to wait for 15 minutes because they still hadn't filled it. At this point it's just laughable.

Called for a product price and was told no because the girl was to lazy to check for me. Horrible customer service.
