The associates at this store are beyond dreadful. I loath going into this location because they constantly ask me to sign up for their credit card with the worst interest rate imaginable. They can't keep employees because the leads and manager are a joke.

Pharmacy business hours for this location posted on Walgreens' website is 8am-10pm. Arrived at 930pm to a handwritten sign that the pharmacy closes at 8pm. At 10:03pm got an automated call that my prescription is ready and needs to be picked up. Not a huge deal - just update your hours online so ppl don't waste their time.

I just wanted to say how happy I am to be able to get my medicines and my immunizations from such a nice staff. People may not appreciate the extra effort, but I sure do.Even if it takes 5 mins more sometimes (because they get 25 patients at once). You guys are doing a wonderful job. Specially, today when the computers went off, you worked around it. Keep up the good work ?.

The Walgreens at 180th & Q St. In Omaha, NE may be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Sat behind one car in the drive thru for 18 minutes. I would avoid sending a prescription to this pharmacy if you can! You will thank me later!

My fiancé and I did a curbside order for some mucinex and the Walgreens app was a little confusing. I called and spoke to LD and not only was he so kind, but he was able to help us out/explain the process efficiently. In and out without any issues and we are on our way to better health! Thank you for being genuine and kind during these difficult time.

Nice retail store with typical Walgreens selection of merchandise and friendly employees. Pharmacy staff all seem rude. They don't even seem like they like each other much and they certainly don't seem like they like any of their customers. While it's the most convenient Walgreens pharmacy for us to use it has to be the unfriendliest and slowest in town.
